“The Western Blvd location was clean. I was taken immediately with little wait. My phlebotomist was professional and kind. I highly recommend this location. I went on a Wednesday morning.”
“just left quest this afternoon 7/2 where I dropped off my urine sample. (had 24 hours to return container after a blood test yesterday. was told by my quest employee yesterday (her young child shares my 3/3 birthday) that I didn't need appointment to drop off urine today. Quest closed tomorrow, Friday, for July 4th weekend so had to drop off by 4 p.m. closing. When I arrived the office empty (an 80-something-year-old lady and her daughter arrived a couple minutes later.) I arrived at 3:07 (without an appointment and was told by a female and male Quest employee I needed an appointment to drop off urine. I told her the Quest employee yesterday said I didn't one and told yesterday's Quest worker even showed me how to use the office computer. Today's quest employee asked what was the employee's name and that they were booked the last hour - she then turned her attention to the two women who admitted they also didn't have an appointment and pleaded to be seen so they elderly mother could give blood. the Quest employee again told them they had to make an appointment and return another day, even though the office was still empty. The female Quest employee later agreed to take my urine sample and I left as the Quest employee again told the two women that they needed to make an appointment. I'm thinking later what type of training does Mr. - or Mrs. Quest give its employees and what kind of inflexible policy does this company enforce? No compassion or no loosening of the Quest rules? Instead two - probably longtime - customers, are told they have to return another day because they didn't follow the proper protocol. (the office is still empty) I left my urine bottle behind as well as a frustrated daughter and mother who had trudged through a 100-degree day only fail the Quest test. (Wish I could include a picture of my urine bottle...)”
“In at 11:50, out at 12:02 on a Friday. Reading these reviews I was ready to camp out in the waiting room for an hour+ while they close for lunch.
Pleasantly surprised, quick painless service.
Just goes to show how it's usually the unhappy people who bother leaving a review while everyone else just gets on with their life.”
