He was extremely patient with us as one of my daughter’s phones was not updated properly. I give him a lot of credit putting up with us, he stayed past closing to make sure everything updated and transferred properly. My youngest kept him very amused. The help ea gave to me was understandable and easy to grasp. it wasn’t easy for me to go from a 3rd gen iphone to an iphone 12, it actually was quite confusing. But w/great patience and knowledge (way more than the Apple store itself) i actually understand it!
