“I don’t normally write reviews, though I’m writing to highlight a positive experience that I recently had at FedEx Office. I went in there to make four poster sized prints. I’m a perfectionist, and though I was being polite, I fully admit that in retrospect, I was being handful because I kept having the clerks adjust the photos again and again until they were to my exact liking. This ended up taking a considerable amount of time. However, in spite of that, Diane and Thomas were both extremely helpful, patient, pleasant, and above all professional. Even though I was being very nitpicky, they always had a smile on their faces and made me feel like a valued customer. I now have the prints up on my wall and they look great thanks to Diane and Thomas.”
“A couple of days ago i went to get some photos printed, the nice lady in the front named “Katherine” directed me to the printer where there was directions that helped me out completely, after that she made sure to let me know if i need anything else, i appreciate nice hard working people who don’t have an attitude which she happened to be.
