Drive up.pick up was great! We were late but it was not a problem. We were headed out on vacation and this was one large load We didn't have to lug to the car ourselves.
They brought it out, put it in the car. We put cold stuff in a cooler and off We went!

Decent variety, typically clean (aside from restrooms). Most departments are well stocked. When items are on sale, prices are good.
The only area that is ever problematic is the deli. Staff are often rude & appear inconvenienced by needing to assist customers. That, combined with prices that are much higher on their Boar's head products (versus some competitors), has led me to recently go elsewhere for deli purchases.

Be careful with the expiration dates. Always getting expired food from this location. Also check seals on frozen food because several times I’ve gotten broken seals. I know I should check these things but it’s not something you expect from a grocery store, Especially in a wealthy town where the prices are extremely high

I'd like to give a shout out to the Cheese dept here. Nice selection and I was able to get 99% of the things I needed for a large charcuterie board done for a recent event. The Maria Bella products were a special hit. Also thanks to the bakery for having warm and fresh baguettes available fairly late in the day on Christmas eve

One of the nicer S & S's. Staff is friendly and helpful. Many times sale items are out of stock, though.

Would you expect anything else while in Glastonbury? Smh. Snobby. A. F. Unfortunately, management clearly doesn't care how their employees treat people. I think the building should just be burned to the ground to never serve the public again. Maybe even the entire town of classless people. Disgusting. Those are just my thoughts though.

Basically every cashier I ever encounter here never says hello or even says what my total is. There is zero acknowledgement of my presence nearly every time when I cash out. I find it odd that most act that way and that they’re clearly not trained to greet or be polite to customers. Is good customer service a thing of the past?

This stop and shop is the best in Hartford county besides the one in Unionville. Clean and better clientele.
