Outstanding Service from Luis Colon and Karl at Verizon Glastonbury!
My husband and I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at the Verizon store located at 2450 Main Street in Glastonbury, CT yesterday. We arrived around 6:30 PM, just 30 minutes before closing, needing to upgrade our phones. Despite the late hour, Luis and Karl provided the best customer service we have ever received at a Verizon store, truly tag-teaming to ensure all our needs were met.
They efficiently worked on transferring our lines, all while engaging us in pleasant conversation that made the time fly by. What truly set them apart was their dedication to ensuring our account was perfectly set up. They took the time to review everything thoroughly and even advocated on our behalf, resulting in a decrease in our monthly payment!
We are so grateful for their expertise, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile. We will definitely be making this our go-to Verizon location from now on. Thank you again, Luis and Karl, for such a positive and seamless experience!

Luis switched me from consumer cellular the cost was only about 15$ more a month but I was also given a brand new 1000$ phone. So worth it go see Luis.

There was a huge mix up with promotional deals and I ended up paying almost $700 extra dollars in almost a year. The manager Luis understood the problem right away and fixed it. It appears as if I was credited back the money in full.

Luis is the best!!! Made a somewhat stressful time, a piece of 🍰 cake!!! Got right to work on making sure my broken phone was transferred ASAP onto a new phone so nothing was lost!!! Saving us $ as well! This location has always been a five star with our family!!!

Being a 20+ year Verizon client, the stars aligned when I first went to my Verizon Wireless Zone, and was lucky to work with team leader Luis Colon. Luis was AMAZING! What a different & wonderful experience from your ‘typical’ Verizon store! Luis has secured a fabulous team, including Ms. Hanna, who I just had the privilege of working with. A shout out to Luis & his team…they will literally change your life! Maybe a bit sappy, but true! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

Ask for Hannah if you need any assistance!! She was extremely professional, answered every single one of our questions, and even helped us activate a phone in another state. She is patient and took her time getting our account squared away. She is awesome!

Brianna did a very good job of explaining everything to me and helping get everything transferred. I did experience a problem later in the day which I do not think was her fault and I had to go to another store to get it resolved. I would have gone back to see her, however, I was out of town and had to find the closest location. But again I would go back to the Glastonbury location as I have in the past. Brianna was very personable and well educated on the product.

Exceeded expectations! I walked in without an appointment and was greeted right away. Both Whitney & Joel were amazing in putting their heads together to solve my problem, which they did in about 10 mins! No charge, no big selling, just help! Wow! Well done!

Bought a new phone and had to transfer my contents from my old phone to the new phone. Problem was, I couldn’t remember my passwords or security code. Whitney had started the purchasing process earlier with 4 phones for my family. Brianna was a great help until Whitney was able to join us again. Whitney stayed after her closing time, and the next day, ( her day off), she met me at the Apple Store to complete the process. She then reset many things for me. Such a pleasant and helpful person, going way beyond for us. Took customer service to another level. 5 stars for sure! ?

I cannot give enough credit and thank youse to Whitney at Verizon. She was a dear. She helped me through so many things, including pairing, my phone and my watch and transferring all my information from one phone to my new phone. I would recommend that anyone that goes to Verizon and Glastonbury to ask for Whitney. She is such a dear. I liked her very much I like the way I was treated and I was served. Both Joel and Whitney are amazing. Very knowledgeable and extremely patient. I had - what I thought to be a very complicated issue with 2 phones and Joel sat with a smile on his gave and fixed my issues quickly!!
