“Having never lived in the area, we were recommended Gary’s by basically everyone we met. We have always had a “car place” as my late dad was a police Lt and knew the best places to go. Gary and his team are not only fair with price, they do an amazing job and charge next to nothing. I popped in with a part of my suv unattached don’t someone hitting me in a parking lot. It was fixed immediately and for only $20 (after I insisted on paying). We brought my mom’s car in for brakes and it was less than $300….for everything. We had a maintenance related issue with our Highlander and in the end, the service team came through to resolve the issue with their customer in mind. I know we have all been there, purchasing a car and being told by the dealership that we are "family" blah blah blah, but I witnessed this with Torrington Toyota and I was impressed with their attention to detail, follow up, and overall care in the matter to resolve our vehicle related issue. “I went there for a slow leak in a rear tire. Also
Had a really bad shake at 49 to 50 mph. And other speeds on my 2023 Peterbilt 579.
Richie suggested to me when I had time that they remove steer tires and they would check the balance. I said let’s do it. One tire was off by 16oz the other by 14oz. Drove it home and couldn’t believe that all the shake was gone.
Very happy with their service. Did not pressure me to do anything. Rob fixed leak and balanced steer tires. Everyone was polite and respectful! I will return for future services that they offer. I have stopped by other tire service companies and NOBODY’S personalized service compares to theirs!”

“I go to Ray’s Service for everything on my Honda Pilot. The first time I went, I asked Jay to pretend that I am a family member (aunt or older sister) because I needed someone I could trust. I don’t have time, brain space, or energy to research vehicle maintenance requirements. The quality of work is top notch and the prices are extremely fair. If there’s something $big$ to be done, Jay will find the best prices for parts and even coordinates timing to help spread out the charges so I’m not ‘smacked’ in the face with a huge cost. Jay also NEVER tacks on ‘extras’ like dealers and chains do.
