If you need to speak to a human you will be waiting a minimum of 10 minutes. Then when a human (loosely) does answer, it is highly unlikely that they will help whatsoever. They filled a script too early so insurance didn't want to cover, and they said "take it up with your insurance company". No offer to put it back & refill in a few days...nothing. CVS is literally THE WORST entity on the planet.

I recently had to pick up a prescription my doctor sent to CVS after an appt with him. I left his office and drove to Granby to pick it up as I received a text that they had received it and were processing it. As I wasn't feeling well, I chose to go thru their drive thru pick up. Unfortunately when I pulled up there was a sign that the drive up was closed due to staff shortage. I reluctantly drove around and parked my car. Upon entering the store, I headed to the back of the store only to find the pharmacy closed up with another sign that they close every day for lunch between 1:30 and 2pm. I checked the time and it was only 1:40. I understand people need a break and the fact they maybe need to close down but I would have thought they would do this earlier like 12 or 12:30 when most people do lunch.Anyway, the fact I wasn't feeling well, needed my prescription, and wasn't going to drive 10 miles home and 10 miles back the way I felt, I had no choice but to wait 20 mins. When they reopened a man asked me if he could help me. I told him I was picking up a rx. He pointed to his right and said go to pickup. I didn't realize I was at the wrong window. I didn't see any sign at that window but went in the direction he pointed. I passed a window and kept going until I found where it said pickup. The woman there took my info and said she had 2 for me. I just want to say that neither of these employees were personable at all. Maybe working with the public isn't their thing. Or maybe only having a 30 minute break wasn't enough for either of them.I just hope next time I need a prescription, I'm smart enough to have it called in to a different location. I don't care to go back to this one.

Everyone at the store is very helpful. Several times over the years, they've gone out of their way to make sure that I would have my medication for my month-long vacation out of the country (manual vacation override). Kwesi is one of the kindest people on planet Earth, and easy on the eyes. I have a high deductible plan and one of my medication costs several thousands of dollars a month the two years before the patent expires. They helped with coupons and helping me get the credit card transaction approved (Some banks mark transactions in the thousands at a CVS as fraud unless you call them.) You miss out on life if you don't visit CVS GRanby.

Iv never had an issue here. Ignore all the negative reviews. People are nice, pharmacy is great... People on here writing reviews were the individuals that got trophies for just participating ?.

The prices are insane for most items, and the drive-thru is a hassle. I would recommend another cvs.

I will never go back to this CVS. A woman in the pharmacy was so rude to me, not to mention the same person who is dealing with peoples medications.

Worst pharmacy in the area, never enough employees at the front of the store. The owner says hundreds of thousands every year by only employing intern-pharmacists. You rarely see the same face for more than 2 months. They mess up scrips all the time switching out the generics for the over priced name brand. They also are terrible at communicating with doctors. Sometimes when you call the pharmacy they will let it ring and ring then just pick up the phone and hang up without saying anything if they are busy.

Has anyone at CVS even read these one star reviews? I've been filling prescriptions at CVS for years, and never once did I had a transaction go smoothly always something in the way!

It's have been a customer of CVS for over 20 years, this store is outdated. This store has expired products sometimes and has tripping hazards once in a while with boxes lying around. Pharmacy basically has no service and prices are above average.

Jessica Arel thinks she is special with her 5 star review because she had one good experience. Local Granby resident and I have been going to this CVS too many times (unfortunately desperate times, should have stoppedlong ago) Prices are crazy, service almost doesn't exist, plenty of boxes and stuff on ground if you like trip hazards.

Over priced. Boxes in isles creating a trip hazard. If I weren't forced to use this place. I wouldn't set foot in there.
