Such a great studio! Lots of different levels of classes and I always look forward to the additional workshops they have. Every instructor is fantastic with a different style of their own. Love that it's in my town!!

I went there with my son. Laura was the instructor. She warned us it might be difficult, since we had only dabbled in yoga. We decided to stay. It was hard but, she modified poses and really worked with us. I will be going back.

Was sent here by my back doctor and the results were amazing. More flexible than ever and the back that killed me for a year or more is now pain free. Thanks to all the wonderful instructors you are all amazing
