This company charges reasonable fee for the labor but way too much markups for the parts. Plastic sprinkler heads which you can get it for 8 dollars, they charge $25 for the identical part. If you need to replace 5-6 heads, few solenoids and couple membranes in spring, then you need to pay a fortune for the parts.Reasonable markups with extra warranty added is definitely reasonable but if someone charges 3x of retail price for parts then that's unethical for me.If you don't care about money then their service is not bad at all. Their technicians are kind and knowledgeable but owner wants to take an advantage by selling parts.

Grass Helper is great to do business with. Recently purchased a home they had installed and serviced for many years. They were very helpful with educating me on the system and did a great job bringing several neglected things current. They made excellent go forward recommendations for things to monitor and repair when necessary. They are not pushy and very responsive. Called and they had a tech out in a couple of days even though this is a busy time of year for them. Glen and Jim have been out to our house and we are very satisfied with the work they performed. I would recommend Grass Helper to anyone looking for a new irrigation system or to give an older one a little TLC. Ken is a super nice guy and did a great job both himself and in supervising his crew. Very responsive to phone calls and texts and was very patient in answering all my questions while earning my business and throughout the installation process. I highly recommend them.

Ken and his son Jack installed a sprinkler system on our lawn. They were very professional, and answered all our million of questions at least twice. They were very patient and worked very hard. They did a superb job and I would highly recommend them!

Grass Helper has not been ethical in their billings. When they turned on our sprinklers after the winter, we found two weeks later that some of the heads were not rotating. When they returned, they charged for an additional service charge. The defect in the heads should have been noted by the service tech when they turned the system on. Also, they were over generous with the amount of time on the billing. I would not do business with this company...and furthermore, they now claim they are downsizing not taking on new customers and also dropping customers.
