I’ve used Peter L. Brown several times for siding repair and never have they disappointed me. Always professional and their work was beyond reproach. However my last experience installing their Gutter protection product was less then expectations. Areas at the bottom of the roof valleys would overflow and not catch the rain.

I've worked for PLB for a few years now and I see why the business has been around for over 60 years. Customers love our contractors work, generations of families come back to us for new projects and repairs over the years. Our greatest source of advertisement (in my opinion) is word of mouth from our satisfied customers. Ted really cares about every project and him and Scott take the time to make sure each person is happy with their services. All around a great company and family to work for. I would recommend for home improvement or employment any day. :)

We selected Peter L Brown to install replacement windows, vinyl siding, storm doors and gutters. The salesperson was knowledgeable, helpful, worked with us to get the perfect combination. The installer was competent, knowledgeable, and very friendly. The owner stopped by multiple times to check on the work and ensure that we were satisfied . Not only do they do excellent work, but they are the contact point for any warranty issues in the future should that be required. We would use them again.

I needed just one window replaced. The big outfit that sends expensive mailing all the time wanted almost $4k for the job, and I would need to wait 4 months. Peter and his team did the job for less than half that cost and within 2 months. I am very happy with the result and with Peter.

We wanted to get our house resided so we called around. Another company gave a quote of about $36,000 and had a fairly high pressure sales pitch to get us to buy from them before receiving any other quotes. Scott from Peter L Brown gave a quote substantially lower, did not use any of the high pressure tactics the other company did, and was generally more friendly. The price he gave was fair and he even asked us to pick out several colors so he could bring a strip of siding in each color and we could decide on our own and get back to him. He was up front about how long it would be until the installation of the vinyl siding but that was fortunately able to be moved up from February '22 to December '21. The installers were fast, friendly, and professional. Some rot was found on the porch and they spent about 2 days repairing it. This adjusted the initial quote but Scott texted pictures of the rot and explained exactly what the costs involved were. We had a leak on the porch recently which required us to get a new roof so the rot was fairly expected. They also swapped out our old wall mounted lights and doorbells for new ones. Overall, the siding looks great.We also had 5 windows installed. Installation took 2 days due to weather but they all look and work great. A huge improvement on the old windows and for a good price too. We are looking to get a few more windows replaced with them too. Quality workmanship at a good price.

Hired Peter L. Brown to repair siding, replace shutters, garage door frames. They did everything we asked them to do. They were personable and professional and creative in their solutions. They handled a last minute request very effectively.
