Wonderful place. Tommy is incredibly knowledgeable about cars and works “magic” that I couldn’t even think of. They have all sorts of capability and can do so many things I never knew were possible. He fixed the curve in my driver seat and made it so much more comfortable. He solved a problem I thought was going to require me to get rid of a brand new car. I Highly recommend this place!

Bell's recently replaced the top on my 2003 Miata. They were recommended to me by several people I trust and Tom and his staff are friendly, helpful and clearly have the kind of experience you want when choosing someone to provide this kind of service. It was much easier and quicker than I expected and Tom has been great in addressing every question and concern I've had throughout the process. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

The most important thing to know about Bell's Auto Interior is that the work is not only flawless, but it was performed so quickly that I almost didn't believe it. The worked performed was a soft top installation on a 93 Miata with a roll bar, which makes clearance a little difficult in some spots. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful, and I couldn't be happier. Thanks again!

I communicated with Tom via email and he was so quick to get me a quote and respond to my questions. Bell's exceeded my expectations at every turn. From having the total cost come in under the quote, to having the work completed more quickly than expected, I was very impressed. The headliner replacement on my 2006 Jetta looks great and am super satisfied. I will definitely be back if I ever need any more work done!

“Not sure where to begin. The entire experience from my initial e-mail outreach based upon my mechanic's recommendation, to going to see Tom for the estimate, to being offered an affordable price, to dropping my car off and picking it up upon its completion, to seeing the spotless condition upon its return, and, perhaps most importantly, to seeing the unbelievable quality product they deliver, even better than the original factory convertible top. All I can say is places like this in the service industry are a rare breed and when you find one, there is no decision other than the obvious. This guy is an expert in what he does and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He gave me an accurate quote, an accurate timeline to finish the job and he delivered on both fronts. I'm sure my soft top was a relatively small job compared to what he usually works on but he showed me the same customer service and attention to detail you might expect on a much bigger job. If you value quality and experience, then you should speak to Tom at Bell's Auto Interior.

Terrible business. This is the only business that compelled me to write a review online. I called today to ask about quotes for my cars. When I asked about leather interior design choices, the guy on the phone was disinterested and told me to look for it on the web. Then when I asked for a quote he said I already called him before. I had no idea where that came from and he insisted with a condescending tone. When I said that his accusations were offensive, he just said, "yeah I got passed that." The guy's name is Tom and it turns out he's the owner! Horrible. It is bad enough for employees to be that way to customers, but if it's the owner, that is when you know to steer clear. This guy does not know the meaning of courtesy much less customer service. Completely disgusted.

I can not recommend higher!!! They were so polite and do amazing work. I came and they were able to help me on the spot and were completely affordable as well as a pleasure to work with. It is a real refreshment to find real people who care about the job and their customers. 5 STARS!!!
