$3 for not having your original QR code? Really? These clowns charged me $3 for something they do for free. The ONLY difference was they wanted me to email them the PDF version. No extra overhead or employee time was needed to accomplish the same thing, so I would love to know the justification for the charge."Oh, your gonna make us spend 1 extra minute hitting print on a computer, instead of us just pulling the trigger on a scanner....WHAP! .$3 biiiatch!" That's a $180/hr rate btw, and nope, the label was not gold plated, it was the EXACT same one they would have given me for free if I had the QR code. ?If FedEx office wasn't so far away, and this place was not closing, would have gone there and had them print me a label for 13 cents.

The two women staff were friendly. But there is an older fellow who definitely wears his skin color. Seen me coming all of a sudden you disappear, but you took care of the woman in front of me. This is not my first or second time in this establishment. Racism should not be tolerated anywhere or place..

I should have read the reviews before going! had a couple of Amazon drop offs to do and let’s just say I would rather drive 3 cities over than to visit this establishment ever again. The cashier was so rude and nasty. The dirty blonde hair slightly younger girl, worst interaction I’ve ever experienced at a UPS? She is going nowhere fast with that disgusting attitude of hers!Customer service was nonexistent visit at your own Risk!✌?

People are very nice and efficient here. Parking can be difficult... especially if you have limited mobility/ are disabled. I wish the limited space directly in front of the store wad designated Handicapped.

I’ve been going to this store for quite some time now and since they redid the inside and hired more people it’s been a wonderful experience. Not sure why people are coming here expecting higher energy employees, it’s a UPS store….
