This is a Great USPS Office.
I had an appointment, and job got done so quickly.
Mike, Shelsea & Sanjay are great executives working at this office. Very professional & courteous., && at the same time very kind and patiently handling all their customers.

This Post Office is the best in the area. The people at the front are happy to lend me a pen, a Sharpie, or packing tape when I don’t have mine. They tell me the shipping options and are patient when I have questions. And there is good parking.

I’m changing my previous review since I was able to pick up my item. Thank you to Chelsea who was so nice to quickly finding my package. It’s 4 stars instead of 5 because the postman marked my package as “return to sender” which troubled me when I checked the tracking. He apparently do not do redelivery I’m assuming because he marked it that way thus I cannot request for redelivery when I tried. Good thing the PO is less than 10 mins away when walking. I’m just concerned that this is a great inconvenience for disabled people if they cannot request for a redelivery.

I recently visited my local post office and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service I received. The staff was courteous and efficient, making my experience quick and hassle-free. The facilities were clean and well-organized, with ample space for customers to wait comfortably. The range of postal services offered was comprehensive, with knowledgeable staff on hand to answer any questions. Overall, I was very pleased with my visit and would highly recommend this post office to anyone in need of reliable and professional postal services. Five stars!

I scheduled a passport appointment for Sunday and on the website it said it was gonna be open on Sunday but when I got there it was closed and they said they don't open on Sundays. This is so annoying and this is my third time canceling And rescheduling new appointments.

The most horrible woman at the desk left me in tears, completely disgusting and rude for no reason. Disrespectful and completely unhelpful, taking working in a government office for granted to single people out and treat them awfully for no reason.

Bad service. The guy named Mike was too lazy and complaining about what he has to do.we came for passport appointment for my 3 kids and he was complaining of too much work to be done. And also for the money order. Well ,you have the option to use a CC or money order right? If you don't not like your job, then you shouldn't be working there.

Be warned, they do NOT do passport photos here - even though you can make a passport appointment online and choose to include photo services. Similar to other reviews, unfortunately we got the very rude, unkind woman at the front desk to tell us the services we made an appointment for, were not available. Not a good experience at all.

I was served by a female on June 28 at 4:30 PM who did not have any name tag. Her service was unacceptable. She had a rude, disrespectful, unprofessional attitude.
