Bed bugs! Dirty room! No kidding, this place is disgusting. The staff person at night even admitted that the cleanliness has been an issue before. It was too late to go anywhere so we had to crash there except in another room. If there was anything less, I would give it a -5. Management/owners either don’t care or don’t have the money to upkeep.

This is now the Comfort Inn, under new ownership. The previous owner left a lot to be desired, but this has now become my favorite hotel. The prices are reasonable, the staff are great, and the indoor pool and jacuzzi makes it the best choice for not only the immediate area, but maybe Norwich and Plainfield, too, depending on your personal preferences.
