“Had an issue with an online order pickup in store product. Upon unboxing after returning home discovered the product was not new and completely damaged. Called back to the branch and spoke to one of the managers Missy who assured me they would make everything right. Just made it back down here and Missy and the team followed through 100% on what they said and made a bad and frustrating situation into a positive experience.
