I go there once or twice a month n this time I decided to try the churro n the pretzel needless to say I took 1 bite off each n threw them away. They advertise Annie’s cheese but didn’ don’t carry it. Both were hard n dry very disappointed!!! Grinder was delicious as usual!!!

I walked into Subway, in Voluntown/Griswold, it shares the same area as Dunkin’ Donuts and connected to a gas station as well. Unfortunately a woman named Marissa Licarddi decided to get mad due to past problems when were just silly kids, she began throwing things across the room and screamed that I went there, however this is one of the close subways that my significant other and I can go to, it’s convenient, however, she should absolutely be terminated for this behavior! It’s very unprofessional and made other customers feel uncomfortable as well. Hopefully this gets back to the Manager.Kid-friendliness: I hope that if my children and I go back in there, they don’t see that woman being as hostile as she is.

This is a very well run Subway. The manager Brianna does a fantastic job of training her employees to be friendly and I always get plenty of veggies on my grinders. The veggies are always fresh too. I highly recommend this location.

Stay away from this place as I was their ordering my food today I saw a big rat run right across the floor in the back where food is prepared to bring out to the front do not eat there

Ordered using the app. Correct sandwich. One issue, not being able to watch the sandwich being made means not seeing the amounts of vegetables that are on the sandwich. The last one I got had barely any lettuce and what was on it looked like it was the frozen bits that were on the side of the container. The tomato seemed like it was almost spoiled but not quite. Definitely freezer burned though.When visiting in person, I usually have great service and am able to request a more reasonable amount of vegetables on the sandwich.

Slow. Also, they don't honor Subway coupons. Rather spend the same amount on a real sandwich from a mom and pop location.

There should be a limit on how many subs for one order for a walk ins … waiting for some to order 10 grinders is unfair to other customer .. an order this size should be called in ahead of time …??

Great subway but nowadays like most of them they skimp on the "meat" thats one of the only ways the franchise owners can save money. Or make it depends on how you look at it. But always nice employees.

This particular Subway we've had food a few times. Each time the bread and vegetables are fresh and the additional items are typical of this chain. A few errors with the order due to a busy/rushed waiter are minor and not a deterrent from returning..

Accidentally ordered to this location bye accident for store pickup on 1/25/2021. Called the store multiple times to get in touch with someone to cancel the order and get a refund. After finally getting in touch with an employee he called the manager and he told me the manager will process the refund the following day. It. Is now the 29th, no refund has been processed and I have been fully charged and have since been unable to get ahold of anyone in the store.
