This USPS lost my package. It delivered to a random house in that location. I live 4 towns away… How do you lose a package that doesn’t even have the same street name?

Tried to call them about a package they'd had for two days, but the worker began to scream at me and hung up the phone. I was so shocked that I turned and asked my parents who were being nosey if I had unknowingly had an attitude or if maybe the tone of my voice was off they said no and that I sounded calm. I figured maybe the worker had a bad day maybe if I called again I would get a different person someone to help me. I called again this time trying my best to sound as chipper as possible STILL got screamed at and they hung up.I couldn't help but cry because I couldn't understand how someone could be so cruel on the phone, and it because of my social anxiety. My father grabbed my phone to call back and he's been stuck on an endless loop of calling because he wanted to speak to someone about what happened but the same rude person keeps picking up the phone just to hang it up right away.Genuinely awful person

I would give them a zero if possible, I called them to simply ask if my package was there, no attitude nothing...the girl proceeded to give me the nastiest attitude for zero reason, I was so blindsided by it that I had to ask my husband if I may have said something mean without realizing because of the extreme attitude I had received. She didn't bother asking me she was extremely disrespectful and rude, didn't explain anything just shouted and hung up the phone on me.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Lazy post carrier. Never confirm the person picking up the package is who the mail goes too. Constantly having to go to pick up packages because driver wont get out of the truck. Missing packages etc. Incompetent employees.

I have gone to this post office MULTIPLE times because they keep delivering the wrong mail to us, and not delivering our mail. They have actually DESTROYED MY PACKAGE without any sort of contact with me, no missed delivery slip, nothing. And we even requested all packages be held at the office for pickup and they are STILL GETTING LOST/"DELIVERED". they marked the packages they destroyed as "delivered" so I was unable to get a refund through the company. They are stealing people's money, delivering to wrong addresses consistently, and lying about deliveries.my house number is ABOVE THE DOOR. this is really NOT that hard. We have lived at this address for 3 years, what is going on??

I've never had a bad experience with this local Post Office. I've been using them for 3 years. In person, Customer Service is professional and very helpful. Regarding mail delivery, I've never had any issues getting my mail. I've seen Postal Carriers still delivering at 6pm to get their job done. I was waiting on a Christmas package, that after speaking with Customer Service, they do have a direct line, that is answered in a timely manner, they made a huge effort and my package got delivered today. Two days before Christmas. I appreciate your efforts and thank you for your hard work especially, during the Christmas season.

Horrible all around. My last name is on the mailbox. Previous tenants have changed there address and I still get everyone else's mail but my own. My packages are a hit or mis one is apparently at a po box I do not have or own. And trying to speak to a human is impossible! Mail never arrives at a set time. Always super late if they deliver to dey Street at all

Jewett City post office is the worst I've ever experienced. I keep getting other people's mail. Mail goes missing, which has cost me money in the past. The lady who delivers our mail just can't seem to get it right. The latest delivery was posted as "delivered". There were two packages, but only one was actually delivered. Calling the postmaster does nothing. She just makes excuses for the carrier. There needs to be a way to complain about these people, AND get something done about it.
