I was out there last week with a flat tire and regular service. It’s usually busy on Fridays but still I was able to get May car serviced in about two hours. The staff and service people are friendly. They have decent waiting area if you are planning to take work calls.

Will never buy/finance another car at this dealership again! The manager is very disrespectful doesn’t know how to talk to customers. Telling a customer that they are reaching for free handouts and that ACURA WONT BE SPENDING ANYMORE MONEY INTO THEIR VEHICLES is not nice and very rude. The last time I checked $2$$$$ that was put into that last purchased vehicle was not free and a very lovely lady worked hard for that money and doesn’t wish to be taken advantage of and embarrassed.

Me and my husband just recently moved here to CT from CO and we were looking for a new car when we stumbled upon this place! We checked out all the other dealerships around here and didn’t like what we saw in stock at the other ones and thought this one was the best one to go. The service and the staff they have here are absolutely amazing and chill! We would like to say a BIG THANKS to our salesman, Roemelo who helped us find the perfect car for us!! He was very informative, professional, and kind !! The process was very smooth and easy! We would also like to say thank you to Adam and Abby who helped us out towards the end of the process. We love our 2017 Hyundai Tucson SE Plus so much, she works like a dream ! ?✨ Thank You Antonio Acura and Roemelo !

I just have to say the sales associate Jamal and the financial guy (sorry I forgot his name) were great! I called about a 2015 Honda accord on a Saturday, late in the afternoon. They had it pulled up for me as soon as I arrived. They really took the time and helped me get a good deal for my trade in as well. Even though they were closed at this point they didn’t make me feel rushed or that they were annoyed I was still there. Also because I wasn’t able to get it detailed that day. They came and picked my car up for me while I was at work! I wasn’t going to be able to any other way. The customer service was just top notch and I felt they went out of there way to help me.

In my recent visit to the service department at Antonino Acura at Groton, CT, I had an awesome experience. Jody at the service desk was superb- she patiently explained the process, set the expectations right and after the service was over, she walked me through line by line items in the bill. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Great job Jody and thank you so much!

I can't say enough good things about my experience here. Tony and Jamal made this one of the easiest car buying experiences I've ever had. I was in and out on a Saturday driving a new Integra in three hours! My car had trouble with an extensive part that was just out of warranty. Because the car had low mileage, Peter and Jodie in service went to bat for us with the manufacturer, and got us the replacement part at a significant discount. All our dealing with the service team at Antonino Acura were friendly, professional, and thorough, and I highly recommend them!
