Called about putting a particular part into my car mechanic said he needed me to come in so he could a diagnostic test but I told him I needed a part out in the man told me if I know what it is why don’t you put it in and hung up on me. Has a very heavy accent I would not recommend customer service is horrible they don’t like when you know what you want done to your.

I have a 2014 cruze my starter was the issue had it towed the very next day it was done and it was during a holiday so i found my new place to go highly recommend them

I needed somewhere to take my car and I find it hard to trust mechanics. This place came recommended to me by a friend and I figured it couldn’t hurt to try. Not only was he able to get my car in in a timely manner, other places had me waiting weeks, but he did it the same day. He was very friendly and I found the prices to be quite reasonable. Mark and Matt are great! Helped me over the years with a variety of cars (Nissan xTerra, Chevy Tahoe, and Mercedes) - from brakes to tires - to an annoying check engine light! Highly recommend!!

They always do exactly the right work in the right timeframe and to perfect standard. Always explain the logic of the repair, what went right, what went rong, what to look out for. No job too small and available quickly. And they bail me out if I screw up a repair I tried to do.

Small business with an owner who has been passionate about everything BMW for 30 years.I had an oil change, air filter, new rear brakes and rotors replaced. Uses all original BMW parts, and gets the job done quickly.Highly recommended!!
