The customer service at this store is poor and unprofessional. I pay for a phone for my sister. The phone stopped working. The rep refused help her as the phone is in our name. We are out of state. The rep could have simply called us to verify that was our phone. Because she would not help her we had to buy her a new phone . She was rude and condescending. I have been an AT&T customer for decades and found this situation unacceptable.

Went there yesterday and the only salesperson was on the phone and told me it would be a minute, I left after 5 minutes when I realised it was a personal call. Hope she’s not on commission, she lost my sale.

My entire rating is based on the customer service I received by the store manager Samantha. From the first time I walked into the store to find out rates, to the time I came back to switch my provider and receive my new phone I was in capable and caring hands and never felt like she was just a sales person. Samantha was knowledgeable and personable and the perfect representative for the face of the store as well as AT&T. She answered all of my questions, spent time with me and made me feel valued. Quite honestly a very refreshing experience in this era!

Laura c. , and another sales rep did an amazing job ,my cell phone was ran over by a heavy machine , after a couple different ways they managed to transfer all my contacts , apps , and passwords to my new phone , I can’t believe I didn’t loose anything from the transfer from the phones , great job girls.

My tablet was stolen cracked badly and recovered after they couldn't Crack my password..I took it to at&t where Samantha waited on me and told me that they couldn't do anything and suggested I go all the way to Norwich and put in a claim and they should be able to help me..Mind u no directions or card to the place..so i took it upon myself and went online and bam...1..2..3..My new tablet will be in1-2 business days..My suggestion is to hire someone who cares about their job..I work 70hrs aweek and still find the chance to be nice or care about my job..

Kayla was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, understanding, kind and efficient. She helped me to replace my broken phone quickly and to get insurance. She even offered to put a new screen protector and case on my phone for me. She has excellent customer service.

#1 the store looks unmaintained #2 as a customer for years the assistants did not offer me alternatives to keep me happy as a customer. none of my questions were answered. I just wanted. I went to Groton's Tmibile and they offered me the same 2 cute ones with cell Netflix for 80 dollars less.

Awful. Store person was eating her lunch as we walked in and hesitated to greet us. Not excited to help us. She wanted me to select an I watch and order just by her saying the colour name. I said can I see the colours? No because she cannot show me her system. Ok so I don’t pick out a dress without seeing it. I am not going to pick out a watch without seeing it. They had no watches in the store. So I asked if this was a corporate ATT store or a franchise? A franchise store but hey they can do everything a corp store can do. I can tell you that I never was treated this way at a corporate ATT store. What do I need her for? I’ll go to the website instead.

You would expect receiving top tier service when you go to a retail office to help with account problems, but instead I was directed to call the “at&t customer service number”.

Samantha was fantastic. Knowledgeable, answered all my questions, made sure I was aware of all discounts available. Process of getting a new phone was Simple and easy.
