I went to the bank because I had an issue with my debit card and they were absolutely helpful especially Kelly: she’s so kind, and helped me a lot , answered all my questions with no problem. Was an amazing experience.

Andia was my teller and has been for over 2 years. Every time I’ve dealt with her she has always greeted me with a smile and she is the most kindest person I have ever met. I highly recommend anyone to go see her she is the best at her job.

I’ve gone to this location 2 separate times requesting a new debit card and both times the card has been sent to the wrong address, even after I made sure to mention this.

Bad service starting with the manager. Then the girl who got a nose pursing, they so rude this morning when my wife comes in, so they didn't even help her out. Groton place ???????????

No longer open on Saturday only open 5 hours a day. Busy area but you have hours that simply dont work for most of the working people. 1 teller slow at thatYou want to push people to using an app or online services. However sometimes people have to go inside for a transaction. There really is no such thing as take care of the customer any longer

I needed help with my B of A checking account which had just been defrauded. An appointment was scheduled with Mr. Lewis Thomas. He greeted me as I arrived and asked what he could do to help with my account. I explained things and he said, he would close out my account and shred my present debit card and fix me up with a new account and debit card. He was very patient through the entire process and very reassuring that everything would be ok. I felt very competent that my new account would be up running in 4 or 5 days. If you need any help with a B of A problem, he is the person to tell.

1 teller & 5 people walking around doing absolutely nothing, a line of 6 people going at the slowest pace, but they guarantee fast service huh???

don't use this bank if you ever make any returns because if they're around the end of your cycle they will not deposit your money back into your account instead the numbers will be finagled to make it look like you received your money even if you write down every single purchase you make I've done it I have proof and they tried to convince me otherwise. This is just a company to take money from people. Very un-American

I walked in and knew I didn’t need to speak with a teller. There was no one to greet me or direct me to sit down with a banker. Once assisted, I got satisfactory and fast service.

I have worked closely with many members at the Groton Branch on Long Hill. Over the past few years they have handled some complicated and sensitive matters for me and done it all with ease and care. I could not be more happy with this group.

I have tried contacting the bank several times to ask about a CD. Busy, busy, busy. Since my car was in the shop I couldn't get there. I go online and it shows I have to make an appointment. Really??? Then it shows my appointment must be the following day. Really??? I then call an 800 number for customer service. Almost 45 minutes waiting to speak to someone. I finally hung up. BOA claims they had to close the one in Mystic due to it being slow. I'll have to change banks.

I have just spent the entire morning trying to close an account. In order to close it I needed to open it again and deposit $25 to cover the fees they charged when they did not close it as asked. Now it still won't allow me to close the account and get the letter I need stating the account is closed. I am beyond pissed and I now remember why I personally do not do business with them. I am remembering the horrible times I had with them over the past five years trying to straighten out my parents account and now all I need to do is to close out that account and something tells me I am not going to get that done today. Great. I will never do any business with them again and I will tell everyone to steer clear because once they have you they don't want to let you go. Great way to treat the elderly by the way - charge them fees even when they no longer have any money in their account. Great job. Well done.
