I recently visited Cedar Nails for a simple gel manicure before my vacation, hoping it would last the trip. Unfortunately, the polish began chipping within the first day. It’s now been only five days since my appointment, and most of my nails are visibly chipped. For over $50, I expected much better quality. I won’t be returning.

I brought my mom to get a mani, pedi and I also got a mani and a full set and everything was okay until they told my mom if she wanted gel on her feet it would be 25 extra and since the last 7yrs we’ve been coming its been extra 10$ after that i got to pay for my mom and I nails and after i put the tip down the owner herself tried to tell me to tip more than what i put even though I tipped 20% already..this place is a absolute joke don’t bother coming here I promise you will be VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

My daughters brought me for my mani and pedi I have always loved this place but today everything was literally done like a child did it and I’m not even out the door yet and my nails have bubbles all in them.. do not waste your money coming here

My girl friend went for a manicure and the tech was inattentive, rushed the process and was literally scrapping the bottle that should have been tossed. Her manicure lasted less than a day and started cracking, so not worth the cost, I would recommend going somewhere else.

I’m extremely disappointed to write this review because I have always liked Cedar nail spa. I went in yesterday for a dip powder manicure because the last girl who did it made a nice c-curve on me although my nails are flat.
When I went yesterday, I got another nail tech who does not have enough experience to be doing this technique and who did not do a good job. I was still charged $24 although I was dissatisfied with what I got.
It was so bad that I didn’t allow her to finish. They wanted me to come back the next day and wanted to charge again. I was feeling upset so I agreed but tried to talk to them about how they should fix their work instead.
The new nail technician also cut my cuticle so that they bled. It was a bad experience overall.
However, they kept insisting that I would have to pay another $48 instead of fixing the bad work that had already been done. I know many business owners who correct their work, free of charge and who want to make their customers happy.
I’ve never had a problem with this place or complained before so this was a new I was expecting them to just help me out and correct the terrible work that has been done before. The manager will try to say that I had a builder gel last time, however I did not. My last manicure was done strictly with dip powder.
Now I have to go file down my nails myself and rework them with the gel lamp that I have at home.

Unbelievably welcoming and superb service. I'm new to the area, this being the 3rd salon I've tried. A Thursday morning, already 6 pedicures and 3 manicures in progress and I don't have an appointment. They had someone to do my pedicure right away. Had a basic pedicure and it was great!
Cleanliness: All tables, floors very clean. Everything sterile too

Just had the best mani/pedi I have ever had. Appreciated all the attention to detail. The staff was so friendly and made the experience very relaxing.

I GIVE ZERO STARS. I came here for a refill and they charged me $75 we did the refill, one solid color with acrylic gel. I asked for gel pedicure same color. They charged me $35 for that. I gave $20 tip so it was $130. One finger nail lasted ONE DAY. Not even 5 days later 3 MORE NAILS FELL OFF. My toes CHIPPED few days later. These nails didn't last even 5 days. Spending $130 on nails that don't last a week is crazy. I went to nails 4 u salon and they charged me $65 to remove those nails and do a full set. Way more worth the price!!! My pedicure with gel was $10 And then they told me my toe nails were regular polish, NOT GEL. I was so angry. Cedar spa took out of me so much money for nothing. DONT COME HERE. Go to nails 4 u they have better prices.

After saving up all of my visits on a card to get a free manicure , she said prices went up and I ended up having to pay for it anyway, haven't gone back since.

Three of us were in for pedis here recently. The service was wonderful, we were soaked, and scrubbed, and exfoliated, and massaged and polished - and then massaged some more, they did a little work on my shoulders while my polish dried. Will definitely do again.
