I opened a checking account under a promotion to get $300 deposit from them after 90 days of opening the account. Not only did I have to call 6 times to get an answer but their answer was that the web page I opened it under wasn't correct so I would not be getting the $300. Fraud!

I started doing business with this branch in 2013 since then they have all new staff and the service is very poor! Unable to answer simple questions all young new staff that just don't know what they are doing! Finally I had, had enough! Went to BankRI. They have free checks never have to pay for a check, free maintenance both checking and saving. All you need is direct deposit and everything else is free! That's right "Free" never have to pay for checks again.

So they deposit my check under the wrong routing number, make my account negative, make me miss work and think my boss didn't pay me, make me cancel and rearrange plans, make me look like a fool when my card is declined because they don't know how to deposit checks correctly apparently, if I mess up they charge me but do they reimburse me for making me miss work ect? Do yours favor and find another bank as I am now. All the workers look young and more focused on talking about video games and flirting rather than paying attention to their job. The tellers seem to act like they smarter than you, talking down to you like their something special as they rush outside to smoke cigarettes? Real smart hunny your so much better than everyone with your cigarette breath
