Garbage service. My car was towed here after an accident. I had to call 3 separate times to release the car. I was told “it wasn’t noted.” For some reason no one tried to call me when the tow truck was trying to take the car. They probably want to rack up storage fees because it’s free money for them.

I wish I could post here the way Kevin was talking — absolutely no respect, full of swearing, just because I asked questions about the numbers on the invoice. This place is overcharging and lying straight to your face. STAY AWAY — you’ve been warned!

We were in vacation and my water pump went out. They towed the truck to their shop, and the next morning they replaced the water pump and serpentine belt.
They did a good job. We were back on the road at 2:00 the next afternoon.

Great prices and fast service. Patient and professional. Gave me a quote over the phone for 4 tires. I told him when i was gonna be in. He had the tires ready and had me out in under an hour. Tires are great. Quiet and smooth

My husband and I were on vacation and his tire kept losing pressure. We stopped by the shop on our way to the aquarium and they took care of the issue quickly and had us on our way in less than 30 minutes (and part of that was my husband chatting with the owner)! Great customer service and amazing job getting it done so quickly so we could continue on with our day!! So greatly appreciated!!

I own a 2014 jeer grand Cherokee and I needed my break pads and rotors replaced. I called the day before a busy Friday and they were extremely professional. I spoke to Jaimie and Curtis. Both guys were professional and where able to help get my breaks done the next day, SAME day.. Will be going back when I need the front one’s done.

Great team, they picked up my car on Christmas Eve in record time and stored it at a very reasonable fee. They were very helpful and patient coordinating with the insurance company to have my car brought home without a scratch. Thank you Colonial Tire!

Never call you back I brought my car there and than picked it up couple days later something else was wrong they said they put it on the lift than they said they didn't put it on the lift all kinds of stories too keep bringing it back poor mechanics there front desk service very poorly also never go back there again
