I've had such a great experience at CF Inguz! I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the facility is. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and friendly, always making sure everyone feels comfortable and confident regardless of experience level. The people here are so welcoming and encouraging. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a positive, motivating environment to train in!

Had a fantastic experience at Crossfit Inguz during my few months in Groton. All of the coaches were so knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent facilities and equipment. Very reasonable membership pricing as well as flexible class options that fit any work schedule. Would highly recommend CrossFit Inguz to anyone in the New London/Groton area looking for a new CrosFit gym to join.

Thank you for the incredible 3 months here. We really feel like each time we are there we really get a good workout in.
Great team of staff and a wide range of hours available for training.

I was in town for a week and needed a place to work out. The team was quick to respond and they have great equipment and plenty of classes and open gym slots. Highly recommend to locals and visitors alike.

As a 51 year old former competitive runner and cyclist I became interested in CrossFit as a way to build muscle and functional fitness as I age. I had a slight concern with how I might progress while staying injury free given the dynamic movements of CrossFit. The foundations program was awesome and the continued coaching has been great. Safety and steady progression is emphasized over quick results. The community at the gym is friendly and welcoming. Overall my experience has been transformative and has exceeded expectations. Give it a try!!!

We trained here, at CF Inguz, for a couple of weeks whilst on vacation a couple of years ago.- Inguz Team was super welcoming.- Gym had everything for the crossfitter and more.- Trainer clearly knew how to coach.Thanks

My boyfriend and I have been coming here for a few months now, and it's absolutely amazing! Everyone is so friendly, and the coaches are very insightful. My form has drastically improved since I started coming, and they work with our very busy travel schedules. I highly recommend Inguz if you want a team of people who are going to challenge you and cheer you on as you improve in CrossFit.
