I love the night shift
There is one man who has a little boy who is the sweetest person I'm sorry I dont remember his name the morning shift is horribe
horrible. They are so nasty and when you order food they act like it's such an inconvenience. I honestly stopped going there I'm the morning because of them. The older lady with the really short hair needs a class in customer service. It's like a 7 11 but more cleaner.

There’s an old African-American lady who doesn’t like to be working there. She refuse me service and then kicked me out. She was upset she had to work late shift. She’s very disrespectful and she probably needs a different kind of job. I won’t be coming back to the store.

Visited this place just to get a couple of midnight snacks, the old Afro-American lady was very rude and had a disrespectful tone. It was because I simply walked in the store during her smoke break.

I never have a bad visit here. The coffee is great and so is the selection of breakfast sandwiches and other hot foods is too. The employees are awesome and always super helpful. Hell, I'd go so far as to say that even the customers are 99% good folks. Always a pleasure.

The crew is top notch coffee always fresh. There are alway friendly. I m there at least once a day. Thank you for being open 24hrs.

Good food hot dogs and chicken waffle rollers very good toppings fresh , bad employees not answering back no hello I said thank you didn’t respond very rude guy working but other then that great store I’ll eat there again

Definitely there’s a situation with some part of the staff in this location, I don’t use to put reviews but i wanted to check the rate of this place because i had a situation with an Old lady who works here (She didn’t have a tag with her name on her uniform) I just came here for a coffee and she was working next to the coffee area so i just said: GOOD MORNING (As a normal person) she looked at me with a bad attitude, didn’t respond and walked away, beside of that: Tina and Aniya are good with the customer service. 4/2/2025 - 11:27 AM

Bathroom looked like it hasn't been attended to in a month!!!! No toilet paper! I took some from back room and got yelled at! Maybe someone should check it more often!

I have been visiting this gas station for two years but I am very tired of the poor service at this place. Especially from an Afro woman who always works at night. She is always in a bad mood and apparently I am not the only one who has had problems with this woman. The rest of the staff isn't that bad, but this woman really shouldn't be there...

People behind the counter are just consistently rude. Not right to consistently embarrass the customer. Not our fault that your card readers are slow with a lot of gimmicks.

I started to feel bad about putting a review on here however after reading the other reviews I don't feel bad whatsoever because apparently I'm not the only one that has had a terrible encounter with the older African-American lady in the third shift!!!! Almost 2 weeks ago I pulled up to about where the registers were and she was at the window waving her hands over at me complaining that I had pulled up because she wanted to go out and have a cigarette as she started reaching for her jacket. She was complaining to another Patron in the store. So I kind of waited a few minutes just to see if she wanted to just go out and have her cigarette but she did not so I got out I went to the doorway and I asked her if it was okay to come in and she snapped at me and said yeah of course why not. I said okay well you looked upset when I pulled up so I just wanted to make sure everything was okay. Then as I walk over to make my coffee she proceeds to loudly say to the other Patron in the store how she can't even do anything without looking angry to other people. I said excuse me I said I'm sorry you forgot that you were waving your hands at me when I pulled up and yes you did look upset I'm so sorry. I just wanted to make sure everything was okay when I walked in and I was very polite to you you however right now are being very rude and I don't know why. She then said I'm not talking to you I said no but you are talking about me and I'm right here. She then proceeds to tell this Patron how to file a complaint about how she is treated. I said are you really kidding me. I said what is your problem. She said I'm not talking to you I'm talking to the customer and she continued to speak very loudly about me while I'm right there now a little background on me, I am an Uber / Lyft driver. Having a place that is open during third shift when I drive is very imperative to my work. Now she goes out of her way to block off the bathrooms purposely. No other third shift worker does that except for her. Now the time before this she followed me around the store because I think she caught me the last time sneaking in the back to use the bathroom. Now even before this she still was a rude individual just not very friendly at all to anybody. And from what I've heard from the other workers is that this is a pattern and because she is friends with the manager nothing happens to her ever. I also have already contacted corporate about this the next day I have technically two open cases about it and the GM was supposed to get in touch with me and almost 2 weeks later still no phone call or any follow-up whatsoever so with all these other messages with the owner saying to call corporate that's crap because corporate didn't do nothing!! Having a place where I can use the restroom and get my favorite coffee is pretty critical to my job and for one person to stand in the way of that with no repercussions is pretty poor management. And we all know that the management is friends with her so I guess this is all going to fall on deaf ears and we all just need to go to a different Cumberland Farms

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! THE STORE IS AWARE THAT SCAMMERS ARE STEALING PEOPLES CARD INFORMATION and have done NOTHING about it. This has been happening to MULTIPLE PEOPLE and I will figure out how to get them investigated. If you DONT want your MONEY STOLEN, STAY AWAY from this store. THEY STEAL EBT TOO!

The girl that was in there today was very rude, there sopsot to make things off the menu and she told me what they have there is all they had which was nothing & that she was turning the ovens off ! Don’t recommend to anyone I rather drive further to a different one then go back there. I use to work there and the service was never as bad as it is now that girl was lazy I know multiple people that had issues with her.

Absolutely horrible, they lock the door on 20 customer saying they have to go on break. They have more then one person in the store working. Two minutes later they started letting only certain people in but told other customers they can't come in. This place is 24/7 and I needed to get supplies for my baby.

Everyone is super nice here except for the old lady who works there at midnight now. She’s mean. Beware.
