“Everyone's nice and helpful. Wish they'd bring back the canned apple slices. I have only 1 thing that might be considered on the downside.
If a cashier is very slow in adding or packing, the customers waiting get EXTREMELY agitated at the lack of speed, sometimes being/saying something rude. I haven't observed any Dollar Store employee get upset with a customer. I asked a cashier if there was any negative push-back from customers when the prices went up by $0.25. She said only one customer had an item thrown at her, with most just grumbling in the beginning. I said, that's terrible treatment especially when you weren't personally responsible for the rise. No one got hurt, but people can be unpredictable and proves the customer isn't always right.
People should behave as adults and realize that employees of the/any store aren't in any way responsible for the stores pricing policy.
My experiences with every employee has been very helpful and what keeps me going back.”
“Very nice newer store located in its own area. If I had one complaint it would be when you are coming from the west and need to make a left turn into the drive area to the parking lot. There is no turn signal and you are on a single lane road. A plus it's that there is a spacious parking area. Staff were nice, and greeted us when we came in. Store was well stocked and everything clearly marked as far as pricing.”
“I like our Dollar Tree and I get the impression that many others do as well. Merchandise turns over quickly! Things featured on You Tube are never here. I think I'm going to have to do an East Coast version of the videos to keep our side of the country informed.Staff here is always helpful and nice.”

“This dollar store is kept clean and organized. Everything is a dollar so quality and size is what you would expect. The employees at this location have always been friendly and helpful. Recently it sends they are. Understaffed, so if they are busy the checkout lines can be long.”

“First of all let me start by saying I’m a white choclate lover !!!!! I usually go to the Dollar General store on Colman Street in New London ct. because they usually have the White chocolate M&Ms which I am a fan of !! Well the other day I went into this location to get my candy and couldn’t find them anywhere ?! So I asked the clerk who always helps me Caroline if they are out ? She dropped what she was doing and looked for them she finally spotted them behind the counter I was one happy customer!! Now Caroline went above and beyond for a customer which makes her AWESOME in my book !! Also the cashier Lauren was so helpful too”
