Well... i never had to store anything so this is my first experience. Cube smart will rent you what looks like a closet... I'm not kidding it's no bigger than a closet for 80.00 a month. Plus they MAKE you pay for insurance as well. They pull you in with 1 month free bullshit but you'll have to drop about 50 to 60 dollars on other have to get shit. I don't like that you can't get in to your things past 10 pm because that's the time the gate stops working. And the attendant we dealt with was nice enough. Thin bald headed man that was very informative but you could tell he was a salesman. With a list of all his add ons he wanted to push on you.
I didn't like that. I'm sure there is another company that may have given us a bigger space for the same money but after a trip from Chicago I wanted out! I give this place a 3 out of 10. I don't NEED air conditioning for my bag of clothes. Smh!

I was very pleased with CubeSmart in Mystic. Tom (mgr) was extremely pleasant when we spoke on the phone. Then when I arrived at the facility, he took the time to show me the property and several available units in the size I needed. He was also very thorough with explaining the contract, billing, and using the gate codes. I will definitely recommend Tom and this location to friends and family.
