All the staff asked me if I needed help. As well as they were very insightful on their rewards programs. The most important thing is the selection of liquors is large. Everything from Soju to Single Barrel Whiskey.

Normally everyone here is very kind and helpful unfortunately this morning on father's day at 10am I had an awful experience with a cashier with short brown hair. I asked for a box of cigars and she rolled her eyes and acted like she had no idea what I was talking about. It is very clear you are suppose to ask for assistance and so shockly I did. It took her all of 7 seconds to help me. She was very rude throughtout the entire check out process. I'll shop somewhere else. I'm not going to be treated poorly because you clearly dont want to be in the building.

Everyone was super nice and helpful except the cashier. If it wasn't her, I'd gave 5 stars.
She wasn't friendly at all. Plus, you pick and choose who to ID? I presented my ID and she wanted to see my wife's ID also who was holding a toddler, so it was extremely inconvenient to get her wallet out. Since it's the requirement, it wouldn't be a big deal, if I didn't see her not asking ID for the guy in front of me. She only asked his date of birth, and he was and looked a lot younger than us. Please be consistent and don't use discrimination.

The workers attitude is abysmal, non exist and and a huge red flag. I hate going here, and honestly I'm unsure why I do. The old lady looks like she'd rather be anywhere else there are multiple others who act life like their life is better when I leave. No smile, no asking about my day, no acknowledgement of me as a human being. They take a bad day, abmnd make it worse. They take a good day and make it bad. I'm surprised by the lack of customer service conneticut has in general, but this place takes the cake as the absolute worse.

I really love the store and have been shopping there for years and the old location. However my son and I went today so he could purchase a Birthday present for me and the woman that waited on us at the register was rude and didn't appear to even want to help us. She was curt and blew us off as we paid. She was an older woman and a young lady was up there also but all the other people are terrific except for this woman, like we were putting her out of her way. She was more interested in talking to the other employee. The visit to your store was very unpleasant. This was on Mar 13 early, About 9 or 10 o'clock A.M. I Never experienced any of your other employees acting like that. I had several questions for her and she was curt and acting like I was disturbing her. If and when I come again, I will look at the register and if she is there I will walk out. I'm 70 and have no time for her rudeness and ignorance. I'm so angry that I may be compelled to post this comment elsewhere.

EDIT: I was 100% correct. The bottle was at their event a few weeks later and they had several. So on top of being shady, they are also lying while trying to defend not fulfilling the order.
I have twice ordered Bourbons on their website that say they are in stock. Both times they have cancelled the orders. The problem is that even though they claim the items are out of stock, they’re not. They’re just holding them to be sold some other time. This is bad for any business, but should be flatly illegal for an alcohol business.
*edit* I guarantee you’ll have the bottle at a future event and I guarantee you have it now. Distributors don’t dump a couple hundred bottles on you in June. You’re holding them back. No doubt the software is creating some of this headache, but the right thing to do is not to cancel the order, it’s to fulfill the order and lose the bottle for your event.

Some of the staff are helpful , others should be fired for rude and poor customer service. Seems to have high staff turnover.
