Lived here for about 9 years, my friend also lived there for like 6. We can both agree it was better when there was different ladies in the leasing office. The ladies there now can be rude and undermining. You call and complain about anything and they act like you're a bother. If you have to reschedule stuff they give you a hard time. I have had maintenance walk in on me undressed because I didn't answer the phone right away, I was sleeping/in the shower. If you dont answer they will come in your home and then knock on your bedroom doors. That part can br frustrating. They try and make it seem alot nicer on their website. I will say when you call maintenence does come and get the job done. Although I definitely would consider looking for new office staff.

I’m a contractor that often visits Groton estates, I must say out of all the leasing offices I deal with, this office is certainly top tier. They are extremely organized and have a handle on everything they deal with. No matter how many issues they are dealing with, I get treated with the upmost respect. Such an amazing staff!!

I have loved here for over 5 years now, and hands down the best staff and community I could ask for. The women at the leasing office, are all wonderful! Always happy to answer questions and assist me whenever they can!

Since I’ve relocated to Connecticut, Groton Estates has been my place of residence. Since my move in date the Front office & specifically Ms. Gia have been nothing short of amazing. The best treatment, fast, efficient, solution based office. Maintenance has always quickly and effectively corrected any issues that arisen. I have enjoyed my stay at Groton Estates.

I have been living in Groton Estates for about 4 years! It is a very well kept property for sure. The maintenance team is amazing get things done fast. The staff in the office is sweet and pleasure to work with. They did cookie decorating with the kids and residece it was fun. My jids sure loved it! The location is so convenient to other places like schools and etc.

I've been a resident at "The Estates" from the moment I moved to connecticut. This being the first time I ever rented a property, I was more than a little skeptical at first, but now I'm used to the convenience, I don't want to move. The office staff is amazing, maintenance is fast, (if you blink your eyes they have it fixed) heat AND hot water is included, and it's all on a well maintained property with a great location. it's all here. If I would ever move, I'd take the property with me....

My family and I used to live here and we loved it. The maintenance crew is always active and getting things done. The office staff is so nice and helpful. Very professional. I would definitely recommend living here

Gia and Kay were both great from showing us apartments to online applications and paperwork. They were very helpful and made setting up the apartment easy
