Customer service is unprofessional. A customers financial situation should not affect the respect due to that customer. The bank has some good services for members but the attitude rates 1star. Employees can interact in sensitive situations with respect not superior attitude.

Don’t ever open an account with this bank. TERRIBLE customer service. Cheryl and Andrea are disrespectful and don’t care about helping their own clients. They make false accusations and are very unprofessional. They need to learn how to communicate better with their clients if they want Groton Municipal Bank to stay open.
