Cashier and manager rude and complaining loudly, threatening to fire their coworker who has covid for not coming into work.Lost my business. Miserable peopleI will not fund a place that fires someone or threatens them for being sick.

I've been coming here for years now, and frankly, while Haley Brook Market isn't Bloomingdales or Whole Foods, compared to most other convenience store/gas stations they actually are pretty good,. So, don't listen to the complainers... they would complain no matter what.

Customers beware!!! Check dates on EVERYTHING you buy. Owner often forces employee's to restock expired items and to defrost and refreeze ice cream in hopes to battle freezer burn. And always keep in mind that most of the "fresh baked goods" are made from expired items.

Cashiers are always rude and miserable. Not even worthy of 1 star deserve only one. She is only nice when you are rude back to her.

In the middle of washing my car the lights shut off in the bay!!! This place sucks!! A worker walked right by and said not 1 word to me. Needless to say, this place sucks!!!!

Manager or head cashier, Theresa, I believe is her name, is the worst at customer service. She has no customer service at all. She speaks rudely to the customers, ignores them when waiting at the deli stands behind the counter, eating when customers are in line. Accuses the customers of using the debit card machine wrong, when she is the one hitting the credit on the register instead of debit, like she was told. Items I bought were priced at $2.19 and ringing up at $3.19, argued with me that they don't price them and I had to argue back to get the items at the price they were ticketed at.

I am tired of going in a store, that myself and my family has frequently shopped at since it opened and before when it was Quickees. Because of her rudeness and snarky attitude, I will no longer be shopping at Haley Brook.
