I went to purchase underwear. I figure I'd buy Hanes since they are usually cheaper, they had a sign that reads $22 to $40. One would think that the charge would be be $22 I was shocked when they charged me $31. I thought later I should have gotten designer underwear for the same price located at a different Isle. In reference to shoes they are always out of 9.5s.

Usually its a Good place to shop.. but tonight wasnt... everything wasnt marked down Christmas Realated & if hallmark.com has ornaments at 50% off So Should kohls hallmark things.. ive had to have a manager put it in manually in past years.. this year should be no different... & a certain cashier couldnt be bothered to do her job correctly... her & another associaites were really slacking & not professional... quite a D+ experience... smh... 👎🏻

After all the hype i expected good sales. They were not. After lasts year 30% coupon i was surprised at 15% coupons. The store was clean well decorated. Some spaces small, but movable. But the line for checkout was horrible. I'm diabetic and standing in a line for 45 minutes where I couldn't leave to go pick up candy or cookies or something was just scary. My fault to, I forgot to stick something in my purse for emergency. I was so out of sorts by the time I left I was almost ready to call for help. Thank God I have stuff in the car. Again it was my fault to but I knew what I wanted and I had time up until the line and I didnt.

Doesn’t matter what time of day it is, the line for amazon returns is always obnoxiously long. Please hire more help!!! It’s only common sense.
Amazon returns should be a separate in the customer service area, all year long. Not just for the holiday season. This has been an issue for the last few months and the holiday season hasn’t even begun. Kohls as a company, please stop being so cheap!
