I had my first visit in a salon in over ten years today with Desirae! She was very friendly and helpful talking me through what to expect with my hair cut. She gave me tips on how to give myself a blowout. When finished it was perfect, exactly what she said it would be and I love it! I will be a returning regular. Highly recommend!

I walked in and waited close to 10 minutes then was told we don’t have any available appointments now or even months down the line! I was rudely spoke to and I guess I didn’t look good enough for the lady! Saturday my day off and no makeup so sorry. Point is don’t bother trying to go there I went to the salon by Gametime and Kim was amazing and so fast! I’ll take my $100 to them!! Thanks for nothing! I see no customer service here!!

I’ve been going here for 10 plus years, seeing Meghann. I’ll refer people here again and again. The ladies are all amazing and talented and the products they offer are always top tier. The atmosphere is cozy and professional at the same time. All of the ladies have such a respect for each other, it’s the kind of place you feel comfortable. Don’t even get me started on the scalp massage…. So good.

I moved to CT about 4 years ago from Texas and was looking for a salon. LOKS was highly recommenced to me and I have been coming here ever since. I have received nothing but great & friendly service and always satisfied with my hair. I also love the atmosphere here. They are all so friendly & like a big family. I love coming here.

This place is so cute, clean and just a great vibe. I haven’t been to a salon in awhile and I just moved back to the area. Desi did my hair and helped me to get the color I wanted with keeping my hair. She was so hospitable. Gave me a mimosa and a snack. Great experience and great people around. I will definitely be coming back for myself and my daughters first cut!
