“The two ladies that helped me were so friendly and kind. I have a broken foot and my dr didn't want to provide me with a knee scooter even though my insurance covers it. The ladies contacted the dr multiple times on my behalf. When I finally got the scooter they were helpful with adjusting it to the correct hight for me. One of theadkes even brought my crutches to my van and placed the knee scooter into the van for me. I really appreciated all the extra help during my time of being hurt.”
