Had a very easy experience with kia today! DJ is so helpful and knew how to fix my problem! Car was towed in with a blown motor....drove out in 3 days with a new motor all on kia dime!! Thank you kia team in Groton especially DJ!!!

Joke of a dealership! They lie to try to make their 8k+ over msrp prices seem appealing. Told me they could offer me 6k with out looking at my truck. I was more than up front with the conditions of the vehicle. He said bring it in and I may offer you more. Bring it to them only to be lied to about the conditions of my vehicle and then offered 2.5k. Asking for high end of the msr and won’t budge. Not friendly and not willing to make deals. Extremely greedy. Won’t recommend anyone to shop with these cons.

This was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. I purchased a 2026 Kia Seltos S and love the car. I had an excellent experience with my sales person Diangelo Romney. I went into the dealership not knowing exactly what I wanted and he asked many questions to get an idea of what I was looking for with style, warranty options and what I could afford. He suggested the Seltos S which is a perfect fit for me. He had everything ready to go when I came back to the dealership to pick up the car. I basically signed my papers and drove off. He reviewed all of the options in the car with me. He was never pushy, he was knowledgeable and had a great personality. I would highly recommend the dealership.

A truly professional organization who delivered an excellent shopping experience start to finish. They listened, secured a vehicle with all of the specs I wanted, did not attempt to upsell me on features I was not interested in.
Everyone who I met seemed to legitimately be happy working there. Roberto is an outstanding representative and was a pleasure to work with on getting my new vehicle.

I routinely take my 2023 Kia forte here for oil changes. I came yesterday afternoon for an oil change and when I was handed my vehicle back there was a loud ticking noise coming from my vents for A/C. I went back inside and notified the man behind the desk and he said my cabin air filter is dirty and needed to be replaced (I only had an oil change done). I stated that my vehicle was NOT making any noise prior to handing them my keys and I should receive my vehicle in the same condition it was given to them in. The man (CARL) was extremely rude and was not willing to help, he did not offer to take a look or help in any way. I asked to speak to a manager and he claimed he was the manager. If your technician "accidentally" knocked some debris into my fan during their inspection then they could have taken care of it since I received my car in a DIFFERENT condition than I dropped it off in. The only compensation he offered was to charge me $60 to come back in to replace my cabin air filter. I've never dealt with such unprofessionalism at any dealer before. The guy is a scam artist. I will never trust my vehicle with them again. My lease ends on my KIA soon and I was going to purchase my next KIA here but I will gladly take my business elsewhere along with all of my maintenance. My husband also has a KIA he brings here regularly for service and he won't be back either. Good job losing 2 devoted customers because you wanted to try and get a quick cash grab for an air filter ?

Fantastic and pleasant service staff, clear explanations, installed EV6 software updates and a tire rotation with no hassle -- car was washed and vacuumed as well, and put on a charger until I returned to pick it up --- Highly recommend!
