“I unfortunately has to get a new phone after my antique iPhone 8 stopped working. The place was busy at 6 pm on a Monday, but everyone was nice about it. Jesse J. was my service representative - he was really knowledgeable about the product and very patient with this very un-tech savvy customer. In and out with my new iPhone 14 in no time at all! Jesse was helpful and made the transaction go smoothly. Ask for him if you go there”
