The negative reviews make sense, they are rude and disrespectful and do not like to help people. I was turned away very rudely even though no one else was in the building. Both appointments were a no show and they still turned me away 20 minutes before closing with two people on staff... Happy holidays

I checked out reviews to decide which branch to go to, and I could see that 1+ years ago people weren't too happy, but I decided to take a chance and go to this one anyway since it was closer.Short version, it was actually great. The staff were attentive, friendly, and skilled.When I got there, a guy was at the sign-in pad, and he was taking a good while, so I took a seat. Before too long, someone else came in and also sat. And with no one doing anything in particular to get the attention of staff, someone poked her head out of the door to make sure everyone was doing okay because she could see that people were waiting and yet no one had signed in.Then as I was trying to sign in I figured out that I had accidentally made my appointment for a different branch. It was 9:30am, and it said the next available appointment was at 1:30pm.When someone came to call the next patient from the waiting room, she saw that something was concerning me, and she proactively asked if I needed anything. I explained, and she told me to just take the 1:30pm appointment and wait, and they'd get me in a few minutes.1. It really was just a few minutes.2. She was super nice when she drew my blood, and while I usually get a big bruise the next day, I could barely see that it happened at all.3. Apparently my PCP isn't filing the referrals quite right, so people don't show up in the system. The Quest staff member could have been grumpy about that because it's an ongoing problem, but instead she was really helpful in explaining that no other doctor has this problem, so it was just something about my PCP's referrals, and she suggested where they should reach out for help. I passed that on, and the PCP staff were really grateful.So it was actually a very pleasant experience, and I won't hesitate to go to this branch again.

I had a great experience. I made my appt on the website in the morning for the same afternoon. I parked and clicked the link in the text I got and walked inside. I was met before I could even sit down and taken straight back. The woman who drew my blood was great, she was friendly and I didn’t feel the needle at all even though several vials of blood were drawn. Start to finish I was in and out in about five minutes.

Online cancellation difficult if you misplaced your confirmation number.Quick in and out at appointment. No waiting.

Rude!!! No people skills. Having a bad day, don't take it out on patients. Don't like your job, then quit and go somewhere else.

I did not like the way I was spoken to at this location. If you cannot preform labs on babies this should be expressed before making an appointment. I tried calling before making an appointment and all it says is that the voicemail isn’t set up. Then you would think they would call you to tell you they can’t do it when they see the birth date when you make the appointment online. I would have been much more okay with the situation if the person had been a little more kind and talked to me in an appropriate way.

If I could give it a no star I would . I’ve been there at the Groton office several times and never had a problem but today was new faces and the worst. I had the rudest person taking my blood she had such a bad bedside manner . Definitely doesn’t belong in customer service .I dread the next appointment and I will ask for someone else if I get her again.

Waited much longer than the time on the screen. Not one person was waiting ahead or getting help inside the office because no one left when I arrived. People started to come in with appts and kept asking if anyone was even working here and when asked was told I would keep getting bumped if more appts and the wait time not accurate. Not helpful staff and didn’t seem interested in even helping people.

Was there a few times very difficult to work with especially the elderly. No assistance at all except to hold the door open. Unless you're independent. Not the place to go!!!!!?? Heaven forbid they have to touch someone.

Tried to make an appointment online, sight was down. Tried by phone and system could not recognize zip codes. Did it twice, same result. Drove the 30 min to the location, no one in the lobby. Checked in, 7 min wait. After an hour walked out. I will not be back.
