I normally don't post negative reviews but in this case, considered what I paid, it merits writing one.
Ants on night table, no hot water on sink tap, AC unit smells llike must and 40 years of cigarettes.
Lobby coffee/hot water machine had a strong moldy aftertaste.

DON'T STAY HERE...DON'T STAY HERE. FORGET THE FACT THE TOWEL RACK FELL OFF THE WALL, AS I'M REACHING FOR A TOWEL, HOLE IN SHOWER WALL..LOOKS LIKE A FIST HIT IT, TOILET SEAT SLIDING OFF. I GET A CALL FROM FRONT DESK TO TURN DOWN TV AT 1:30 AM. ITS ONLY AT VOLUME 30. I CAN BARELY HEAR IT. THE REMOTE IS EXTREMELY HARD TO USE. I'M ALMOST 70, AND MY HANDS DONT WORK WELL, BUT YOU HAVE TO PUSH REALLY HARD. THIS MORNING, (YES I'M STILL HERE IN ROOM 129) WAITING FOR AL TO GET BACK WITH CAR, AND COFFEE. I GET UP AT 7:45, JUST TO GO PEE, AND WHILE I'M SITTING ON TOILET, WATER FROM ABOVE BATHROOM IS GOING ALL OVER AND DOWN MY BACK, I STAND UP JUST TO NOTICE MY LEGS AND BUTT ARE COVERED IN WATER OR WHATEVER WAS ALL OVER SEAT, JUMPED IN SHOWER, AND FORGET ABOUT THE SHOWER..I CALL FRONT DESK AND ALL HE SAYS IS..."OH SORRY" ..THAT'S IT..I'M LEAVING HERE, GOING HOME AND TAKING A HOT SHOWER..OHH..THERE'S WHITE STUFF ALL INSIDE THE BALCONY DOOR...ITS GROSS..DON'T STAY HERE!

Saw a ton of bad reviews, but honestly place isn't terrible a little outdated maybe. However the Continental breakfast is much better than described in some reviews there's bread bagels and English muffins for toast. Apple and orange juice. Waffles fruit cereal and fruit. Eggs sausage oatmeal and yogurt

Let's start off with the misleading photos of the property. They make it look spacious and clean. Not the case, the lobby is about 3 feet wide and stinks of spices and food from.the restaurant (which is 5 stars by the way). The hotel is so broken down and outdated. Everything is broken, cracked, not attached. The bathroom sink was wobbling as well as the toilet. The marble piece in the doorway to the room was broken as well as many tiles throughout the hotel. You can hear EVERYTHING happening in the hallways and the bathroom above you. The fact that they don't have smart tvs or at least internet capable tvs is crazy! I haven't watched cable TV in about 10 years!!
Next we'll talk price, $165 for two adults and a six year old. Oh and if you pay cash you have to provide a deposit. No where does it state that when booking the room. This would've been a steal had it actually been a decent stay. Spend $30- 40 more dollars and go somewhere much cleaner and brighter. This place felt like a dungeon and don't get me started on the nasty breakfast, considering they have a restaurant attached we should not be served eggs from a carton and nasty fruit that wasn't ripe.

Terrible customer service. Front desk was usually empty, towels had stains on them, bed sheets had cigarette burns, and housecleaning is non-existent. Plus the TV didn’t work!
Rooms: Stains on towels, cigarette burns on bed sheets, broken TV, and the crappiest open wifi you’ll ever use.

The shower curtain was falling apart, the halls were incredibly dark with a weird smell throughout and there was cob webs and spiders everywhere. The only positive is the location. There is a reason it is the cheapest in the area, spend the extra few bucks to not go.

Do not recommend. Dirty bathroom upon checking in. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. No room service, personally had to obtain new towels. Fair continental breakfast. Dated and less than ideal.

Basic no frills room. It's a place to lay your head and rest for the night or two. No continental breakfast but good thing there was a Walmart, stop n shop supermarket and five guys all within walking distance. Do not expect luxury or 5 star experience here. It is what exactly what you'd expect a place like this to be.

The room felt dirty. I don’t know if the toilet was being worked on prior to my arrival, but there was a mess around there. The toilet is for short people like short short people to where even my 9 year old felt like he was too big for it. YOU NEED NEW PILLOWS!! The pillows were so old, beat up, and cheap! No support what so ever! Beat up like the inside of the pillow are separated inside in chunks. The blanket was definitely NOT a blanket, rather looked like an unwrapped silk robe, thin and shiny. The pool was ok minus the broken hot tub and that broken window with no caution sign or anything. The hallway carpets to get to the pool could be cleaned even once in lofe. OH! And signs on how to get to the pool would have been nice. The men checking us in seemed nice. This trip made me wish I spent a few more bucks and went to the Howard Johnson! The plus side, there is a Walmart across the street if you forgot anything.

Overall, it was a terrible experience. The room wasn't ready, even though we called ahead to confirm so I could get ready for the wedding I was attending. I ended up having to get ready in the lobby since they didn't have a bathroom I could use. When we finally got to our rooms after the wedding, they were still very filthy. The toilet also wouldn't flush and we had to wait for them to fix it. The entire experience was terrible. While the staff was friendly, they need someone who knows what they are doing.

Needs more lighting in hallway. Better air movement in hallway in lower level has musty smell. Overall it was worth the money. Staff was pleasant.
