My son bought expensive shoes there and they only lasted less than 6 month, the tread is going, when he went in he was greeted with what do you want us to do, and willing to sell him another pair. There will be no way I will allow him to do business there again. I remember when they stood behind there product my husband was in the Navy and alway went there for his work boots. Never again and I will tell everyone I know never to do business with them since they don’t stand behind here merchandise.

I went to Redwing last November and baught a pair of boots for 400$. I came back to get them replaced because they blew out after 4 months. I went back to get my replacement and was greeted by a woman named MARY BARBER. She was RUDE, MEAN, HAD A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE, WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL TO ME, AND PROCEEDED TO DEGRADE ME IN FRONT OF A STORE FULL OF CUSTOMERS. I am thankful that I saw customers and other employees looking her the same way I was. WITH DISGUST!!!! I WILL NOT BE COMING HERE AGAIN!!! Mary is the type of lady that always has to be right. I see many other comments about sizes being too big. She gave me a 10.5 when I M a size 9. I see the same thing happening to other people. Also, she SWORE UP AND DOWN that it was my fault that my boots tore. Becase I didnt oil them. I told her, I never knew I had to oil my boots? And she laughed in my face and told me "We tell EVERYONE how to take proper care of the boots!!" Well, you didnt tell me..... But she didnt beleive me... AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE UNLESS IT IS FOR AN APOLOGY FROM MANAGMENT. Which I will be calling today!!! Very unprofessional. If you do go here, avoid Mary Barber. She is very unprofesssional and nasty toward men

TRUST THEM!!Ten weeks ago I went to REM when I needed safety boots for a job. I'm "normally" a 10.5, but Sheila insisted I needed 12-double-wide for my foot-size so I won't get chafing or ingrown nails. I even went back in the next day arguing for half-a-size smaller and she let me try it out, then pointed where it would start to wear. I've been on this job 60+, 10+-hour-days since and these boots have been kind to me, if not outright magical. Theres only so much boots can do but, if these folx give you advice,TRUST THEM!!

Very nice workers and good people who will point you into the right direction for any boot you are looking for. Was looking for some steel toe boots didn’t know much about them but they helped me a lot to make sure I was comfortable and they were in my price range.
