Everyone there is so friendly. They take pride in there work. They even remembered my dog's name when I bring him in. Wish more places had people like them. Highly recommend. Reasonably priced as well I was shocked. Not the best pics but you get the idea.

This is the first time that I have used the k9 clippers and I will be returning the professionalism that the staff have and the positive attitude. My dog came out smelling and looking happy from being there today if you want great service and positive staff give k9 clippers a try you won’t be disappointed

My dog is a bernese and is very difficult to groom. Its stressful on him and myself. I have tried several other groomers and I was never happy with the results. Rebecca was so wonderful with my dog she listened to my needs took her time and he came out absolutely beautiful!! I was so impressed and I wont go anywhere else. Thank you again!!

Quite disappointed. Heard good things about this place from family. Went for an appointment, told the person over the phone my dog needs (hes anxious) , brought my dog in with a muzzle to help with his anxiousness and prevent any problems. The employee took my dog and sent me on my way. I get a phone call 30 minutes later that the employee took off my dog muzzle and started trying to bathe him/do his nails and he freaked out and they were “ not able to help him” but then tell me I can come back and have the owner do it because she is really the only one who can handle anxious dogs. Felt extremely upset that they went against my wishes and put my dog in a compromising position by taking his muzzle off. I decided to cancel my appointment with the owner as I do not feel comfortable with my dog there anymore. They need to train staff to work with all types of dogs or should of told me on the phone to wait for the owner when I clearly said he needed a little more attention.

Every thing was fine until I decide to use another groomer then they did to my dog the worst hair cut. And to my other dog the hair. Cut was fine but they olmost. Left my dog with no tail. Very disappointed

I had been using them for over 2 years for Dremeling my 22 lb mixes nails with good results. The last visit was a Horror Show!!!!! They said absolutely nothing to me as we left about any problems
I ran 2 short errands and when we got home (maybe 45 minutes total, I live near EB, about 3 miles away from them & went to Town Hall and Walgreen Drive-thru.) her crate, coat, and her lower leg were Soaked in blood.
I got her inside, and could not stop the bleeding...I tried Styptic powder, cornstarch, and Google suggested baking powder. None of them worked for more than a minute, if that. The outer middle nail on her left food had been cut Flush with the toe itself!!!!! 2 other nails on various feet had clearly not been cut at all, nor was a Dremel used as all the nails had sharp/jagged edges (indicating the clippers were Very Dull IMO.
Did I mention my housecleaning had come in that day and mopped, changed the sheets, and etc..(I am 75 and find it to be delightful!) I ended up the changing bloody the sheets again, using Resolve on the couch and had to mop the floors over & over. Plus there are several permanent bloodstains on the back deck now, which I did not see as this went on for several hours and it had grown dark.
I left an epangrymessage on their machine as they were closedd and heard Nothing back for 5 days...the message she left said "We only check our machine once a week"???!!!!!???
About 2 weeks later someone from there left a message saying "We look forward to grooming Sassy"?????????!!!!!! Sassy is a small short-hair that I bathe in the kitchen sink, she only gets her nails dremeled "out", ever.
I have No idea what is going on there but I certainly will Not be back and I recommend you go elsewhere too, both messages were just Bizarre.

I love it there! The owner Rebecca is an Amazing Human being. I've known her for years and I can say she is good at her profession. My dog is hard to handle and very assertive if I may. Rebecca has the patience and skills to work with him. I don't trust just anyone with him but do trust her and her staff. I so appreciate Rebecca and her staff working with and for her.
