I bought a Quick Shot paint spraying machine for $1400, they give you a 1 year warranty, the machine breaks down after 7 months, you want to return to the store for the warranty and they encourage you to send it from store to store.. Last Tool I Purchase in these Stores. .

Went in to get a gallon of a custom color for the exterior doors. The people there were very helpful in identifying the right type of paint and mixed the paint for me while I waited. Will definitely go back.

I went into the store for some paint samples. I was literally in the store for 10 minutes and noone came to greet me or ask me for if I needed help. I was convinced I was in the store alone on someones break so I walked to look at brushes to see a guy standing at the counter looking at his phone. No look up, no Hello, nothing. I took the paint samples and decided to go to Benjamin Moore in Mystic as anyone can match paint colors these days. What a shame!

These guys are terrific. I have a very large deck and dock and had a real problem with the stain peeling . Manager came out to my house helped me deal with issue. He actually took some responsibility for the issue. Told me he would help me out with the cost. Over a year later after stripping and sanding the deck and dock. I went back and I was give a 50% discount on all material. This is a store that stands behind its product. John Groton Ct.
