Will refill your tank without your permission, I had “request” refills on my account meaning I contact them when I need a refill. And one random day they decided to show up and fill it. (Tank was already at 50%) and I didn’t need it filled for that time. So basically they don’t follow their own policy

I had a fantastic experience with this company from start to finish. The sales team was very professional and walked me through all my options without any pressure, which made the process smooth and easy. The installation crew was on time, efficient, and did a great job setting everything up. My nee Mitsubishi units are working perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional AC service!

I had mini splits installed in my home recently by Spicer. The installation was excellent by Scott and Zach. The workmanship was perfect and they were both friendly and informative. The two units work great, and my neighbors also were impressed, and are considering getting mini splits installed by Spicer. Great job and they are highly recommend. Tim Curtis

I just got a Mitsubishi mini split system installed by Spicer. I was very happy with the price. The technicians who installed the condenser and three heads were Jeff and Scott. They did the work efficiently and neatly. I worked with Ryan to finalize the proposal and he came out once everything was finished to go over how to operate the system to maximize heating and cooling. I’m thrilled the staff and the unit.

I am a customer since late February. After major issues with Uncas I chose Spicer Propane as my supplier. My dealings with employes on the phone have been excellent. At 5:00 a.m. I woke up with 53° temperature no heat. When I called service at 8:00 I was assured they would have a service person here by noon. Service people on time, were extremely Pleasant and professional they had the furnace running again within half an hour . I did not get their names but I would like to let you know I am very happy and satisfied with their service.

Spicer saved us when Uncas left us without propane! They came and installed two new tanks and set us up on auto delivery. The installer was extremely professional and nice. Thank you Spicer!!!

Seriously one of the worst companies, they never give you a date when you can expect your delivery and they're usually really snappy/ snide when you talk to them. Terrible customer service, if you don't tell them to charge you right away when you place the order they'll take their sweet time. At one point TWO MONTHS after they had delivered they decided to charge my card, I thought they had pulled their money out when they delivered, I guess not! Beware this company. Also editing to add the fact that this company only responds to positive reviews should be extremely telling, obviously the company couldn't care less about their customers and how they feel about the services they half heartedly(if you're lucky) provide.

Spicer has depth in terms of staffing and the range of services they can deliver. My elderly parents have been long-time propane customers in New London county. Last year when their water heater gave out, their service manager got on the phone and was able to dispatch people quickly to assess the situation and set up a temporary electric heater that kept the hot water flowing. More people from Spicer visited later to assess venting and get the water situation fixed permanently. Highly recommended!

Spicer has been extremely attentive and responsive to our propane needs. I’m the guy who forgets to check and has to reach out when we’re about to run out last minute. The delivery guys make time to say hello and to try to add us to the route when needed. Really appreciate their communication and business.

Spicer replaced my entire electric heat pump system and was helpful throughout the entire process. I was walked through every step of the process and all my questions were answered, from the initial quote to the technicians installing my new unit. Highly recommend Spicer for any type of heating and cooling help.

Spicer replaced my furnace/water heater, which was not an easy task as it's in a crawl space. This was the first time I used them and they were professional, responsive, competent, experienced, efficient, and customer oriented. I highly recommend them!
