Drove to the store to pickup my free T-Mobile bag. What a waste of a drive. They didn't have any more bags and the person behind the counter was so rude. Never coming back to this store.

Worst T-Mobile store I've been to. Staff is super unhelpful and were on there phones and not helping customers. They were on phone calls with headphones in not paying attention to anything going on in the store. I recommend driving the extra ten minutes and going to one of the stores in Waterford.

I went in looking to upgrade my phone after upgrading my plan online. The employees had no interest in helping me. They immediately tried to send me away because they had no iphones in stock and I said its okay I will order it and then they claimed they couldn’t activate my upgraded plan today to order my iphone for the promotion price. I asked “if I go outside and call customer service and they help me, then come back in, you can order my phone?” And they said yes. So I asked why they couldn’t call customer service… since they ARE customer service, and was told that they have to deal with the shipment they just got. So I went home and called customer service and they also placed an order for my phone.Bottom line: lazy employees. You’re better off calling customer service. In store employees are useless.

The workers at this store are extremely nice, patient, and helpful. I had a very good experience with them. Unfortunately, everything the manager promised me in order to become a new customer was a lie. I went back to the store three times to follow up. Each time being promised it would be taken care of. I called TMobile and was told what the manager promised could not be attained. If you have a straight forward case I recommended this location. If not, keep this in mind.

I went in to see how much extra it would be a month to add person to my plan. The girl went through stuff we had a phone to trade in she kept saying she can get a new phone and an apple watch and my bill would only go up $40 a month. I said for all of it? Because we not here for a watch just to get her a working phone. She said yes your bill will only go up $40 a month. Well guess what I got the bill last night $110 later. I was not happy. I had to jump through hoops and take off our insurance on the phone to get it down where she had told me it would be. They really need to train their people better and also make good on what they say. I will neve go to this store again.

Absolutely horrible. They messed up my transfer and rebate so badly that it's been months and I still do not have the promised rebate approved. The employees and manager are unhelpful, even to try to fix their own mistakes. They are unresponsive and unhelpful. I would go anywhere else before going there again.

Avash and Ashley were sooo helpful and awesome helping to set up new account with 2 lines and 5g home internet. even with 2 brand new phones and insurance we have saved $100 dollars a month compared to our old bills on phone and internet services. TYSM!!!

Great work lady's. Im Extremely satisfied with my visit . and a team member Teryn who assisted me with setting up a replacement phone when it broke on vacation.( huge nightmare situation) Teryn was not only smart,fast,& professional she was very calm to me n my kids reassuring me that i would get re configured. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this location.

Those 2 ladies that helped get my phone back up to make calls & text were amazing. They worked for over 2 hrs. Thank you ladies for not throwing in the towel to get my phone working again.

I had a awful experience with the girl who was working she told me not to open the door to much because they take count of how many customers come in and buy stuff and then she told me not to open the box to the case that I was going to buy anyway, we spent $800 there and then she purposely did not change my number over to my new phone successfully, but did it for my dads phone it was obvious that it was deliberate. She was grade A awful. I told my dad to not get the phones there and to go somewhere else that’s how bad it was so owner if you are reading this, I think you know who I’m talking about, very unprofessional!!! I never would have posted this because I don’t even like doing this but when you took it to another level by submitting the wrong phone number purposely to have it transferred to my new phone from my old phone!!! That was way to obvious you did that out of spite!!! There is absolutely no excuse for that in the field of customer service!!!

The level of knowledge of the store reps is terrible. They don't set your account up correctly, from something as simple as autopay, to making sure they inform you on what is necessary to actually get the rebated T-Mobile offers. Half the staff needs to be fired, the store should shut its doors for several days and retrain the remaining staff. I've had to make several calls to T-Mobile corporate to get my account straightened out. >>
