“This powerhouse team at the Groton U-Haul across from Walmart is BY FAR the most helpful group of team players I've ever seen in the storage/moving industry (and I move often). One particular leader, Alycia (I might be spelling that incorrectly so I hope the bosses know whom I'm referring to) was the most helpful & patient customer service representative. Even though these folks stay busy, Alycia took the time to explain my options & helped me come to the best decision for my needs. She even took extra time to help me figure out how to detach the U-Haul box trailer from the truck. They gave me appropriate time to add a few things before I left the city. Several of her fellow team mates also lended a hand when I got so overwhelmed. I hope U-Haul Corporate knows what valuable employees they have in Groton. I'm looking forward to working with Alycia again to get my U-Haul Container shipped down South ASAP”

“Had an easy & seamless experience with the staff here at U-Haul Groton! (Forgot her name, I’m sorry,) but our girlie at the front desk was super helpful & encouraging when I picked up my truck! Gave me the confidence I needed to drive it lol! And also shoutout to Mike when we dropped off the truck! Unfortunately the check engine light came on during my move, but no problem, it happens (get the safe move insurance, trust me, $15 is worth it.) The lowest quote I could get from movers was upwards of $600 for moving a one bedroom apartments worth of stuff, fully packed and ready to go, out of a storage unit. Yuck! Screw it, lemme drive the boat, I got this. And I did. Saved myself a lot of money on a local move. Was definitely a little more stressful, but it was worth it in the long run! And girlies: you got this. You can drive the truck!!!!!!”
