It’s always the same song and dance with these people, constantly getting my neighbors mail and vice versa like it’s really that hard for them to just read. On top of that claiming to deliver a package that didn’t even show up and was most definitely sent to the wrong address even though the correct address was on it. We have said numerous times that we are getting someone else’s mail and they don’t do anything about it. Delivering mail isn’t rocket science.

They suck at there job. They always have an excuse on why something wasn’t delivered. 2 packages in the last 2 months sent back due to unknown address. We have never had an issue receiving a package at this address before. All of sudden it can’t be found.

Refuses to take “return to sender” even though there is record that USPS has messed up on some thing, even if the mail carrier almost did not deliver my package, because they knew it was a return to sender. I thought I would save him time, and take it back myself, however, the clerks at the office refuse to take it back, make it make sense! I had to pay for a return to sender!

The carrier comes to my house too late in the day. I took two days off waiting for a package that supposed to be out for delivery since last week. Yesterday the carrier didn't come at all any today it's after 4 pm and still didn't show up maybe he's out golfing

This post office constantly places packages I the wrong mailbox and hugely inconveniences the person who was supposed to receive it with no concern!! My packages are marked delivered but are not in my mailbox!!

They just shove boxes in your small aparment mailbox that you have to absolutely shred to get out. When there's several lockers available, or just bring it to the door. This is uncalled for, I don't see the need to litteraly shove a box so tight you cannot get it out. Talk about hurting myself in the process. If I could give a negative rating I would. I would have rather been inconvenienced and pick it up from the post office over hurting myself getting it out of the mailbox.

The worst! They is always an issue, missing mail, packages showing delivered and box empty, no keys, you literally have to sit at the box or chase them to correct it. Someone need to investigate this post office or close it. Imagine how dangerous mixing mails and packages is, and these people are playing with others mails!

Literally have not had a good experience with ANY of their employees. Every one of them will tell you a different way to ship something but then the next will tell you that’s incorrect. They are beyond rude. Don’t come in here expecting to get help because it won’t happen.

Mail delivery had been fine for years, but over the last 4 to 5 months mail delivery has been erratic. Getting the wrong mail for units that are clearly not correct as if the delivery person is not reading the numbers or names at all. To deliveries being marked as left at door when I have a camera that monitors the door all day and have proof that it wasn't delivered but the post office marks the case as closed because their GEO data says it was scanned at the location. As if their Geo data isn't still limited to a range as all GPS location data is so in a condo complex geo data just shows they are in the complex but doesn't prove anything about which specific unit the package was left at.Infuriating being told it was delivered when I was sitting by the door downstairs and had a camera that records all motion that worked fine for all other motion that day and picked up nothing.

Worse home mail delivery service in the State of Connecticut. Missing mail, mail delivered to you that doesn't belong to you, lost packages and no accountability when you file a complain. On August 24, 2023 a package was left inside a parcel locker with the door open because the box was bigger than the locker. I was lucky to get to my mailbox before anyone else. See picture below. That package was ready to be stolen. On Tuesday August 29, 2023 I received a notification that a package arrived. I went to my mailbox it was not there, but USPS reported it as delivered. I lost $55 dollars. These incidents forced me to start using Amazon lockers to avoid losing my packages. This requires me to travel 36 minutes away from my home to safely retrieve them from a safer location. This is unacceptable. The USPS should be privatized or closed effective immediately.Ah, and Good luck trying to complain to the postal Master or anyone else. Same thing trying online.

Different mail deliverer every day alot of lost mail.Ive drove others people mail to there house 3 times in 2 weeks.Ive had several l8st packages that say delivered.Customer service does 0.
