If you are a couponer and are trying to save a few bucks, avoid walgreens in groton. The ATTITUDE from the cashier KIM was unbelievable! I did 3 separate transactions, no body else in line and she was slatting things around and huffing and puffing because we had to void a transaction because I was using a register reward and it had to be put in first... after I finished cashing over thing else she was making a comment to another female working, who I believe is a MANAGER!!! Yet the person before me then the person that came up behind me after I was done got a wholeee different type of behavior! Extremely unprofessional! I will be taking my coupons and business elsewhere.

I usually go through drive through for RX pickup. Today I went inside for photo. No one was at the counter so I asked the girl stocking shelves if she could please help or page someone. She was so rude and just says "give me a minute" with such attitude. Luckily a guy was in next row so he rang me out & I didn't have to deal with her. I'll shop elsewhere.

Always very helpful and understanding. Pharmacies deal with so much and more. They deal with different personalities, different doctors, and have to deal with a new virus, Covid. People need to have patience. Some of these complaints on here don’t deserve just 1 star.

Rebecca (I believe her shift was over & that’s ok BUT don’t ignore a customer!!) and another employee were having a personal conversation in an isle of the store while I waved at them to let them I needed assistance, they both ignored me and continued having a conversation, thank goodness the gentleman in the photo dept assisted me and checked me out. That was very unprofessional and ghetto to say the least. BEYOND the valley of poor taste.

I frequent this location at least a couple of times a week, by far their best associate is Rebecca, ALWAYS has a smile and a friendly greeting, there are two other employees who are not nearly as customer friendly, but the store is clean and we'll stocked, there is also a pharmacist who nicely helped me with a serious constipation issue a few months ago, keep up the good work ??

I used to love this Walgreens. Lately they have been making careless mistakes that I don't even understand. One prescription this past month so had someone's SUBOXONE in it with an entirely different name and I've never had or needed SUBOXONE in my life. They acted like it was no big deal because the other customer got her refill still but that's not the point... that's a dangerous medication to be misplacing. Yesterday I opened my monthly prescriptions and one of my meds had only half of what was supposed to be in there, which is very concerning to me as it's a controlled substance. I don't know if they are short staffed, but when it comes to counting and giving out the correct prescriptions something else is definitely wrong here.

I never had one problem here at all! The pharmacy had always filled my medications fast and would send a text message when my medications were ready to be picked up. Also the store had employees that have always been polite, kind, courteous, fast, and friendly! It is a very clean store and has public restrooms men or women's and the restrooms were also clean and sanitary.
