Always very helpful and understanding. Pharmacies deal with so much and more. They deal with different personalities, different doctors, and have to deal with a new virus, Covid. People need to have patience. Some of these complaints on here don’t deserve just 1 star.

Called to see if had medication so I can have doctor send my script to them.and rhey wouldn't tell me if they had it in stock kept saying doctor has to call afyer me telling them doctor will NOT call and said I have to do it and still will not let me know if they had it

Rebecca (I believe her shift was over & that’s ok BUT don’t ignore a customer!!) and another employee were having a personal conversation in an isle of the store while I waved at them to let them I needed assistance, they both ignored me and continued having a conversation, thank goodness the gentleman in the photo dept assisted me and checked me out. That was very unprofessional and ghetto to say the least. BEYOND the valley of poor taste.

I frequent this location at least a couple of times a week, by far their best associate is Rebecca, ALWAYS has a smile and a friendly greeting, there are two other employees who are not nearly as customer friendly, but the store is clean and we'll stocked, there is also a pharmacist who nicely helped me with a serious constipation issue a few months ago, keep up the good work ??

I used to love this Walgreens. Lately they have been making careless mistakes that I don't even understand. One prescription this past month so had someone's SUBOXONE in it with an entirely different name and I've never had or needed SUBOXONE in my life. They acted like it was no big deal because the other customer got her refill still but that's not the point... that's a dangerous medication to be misplacing. Yesterday I opened my monthly prescriptions and one of my meds had only half of what was supposed to be in there, which is very concerning to me as it's a controlled substance. I don't know if they are short staffed, but when it comes to counting and giving out the correct prescriptions something else is definitely wrong here.

I never had one problem here at all! The pharmacy had always filled my medications fast and would send a text message when my medications were ready to be picked up. Also the store had employees that have always been polite, kind, courteous, fast, and friendly! It is a very clean store and has public restrooms men or women's and the restrooms were also clean and sanitary.

I picked up a prescription today and for whatever reason my insurance wasn’t covering it. The pharmacist (I didn’t catch her name) took her time to help me find discounts that took over $80 off my medication. I’m so grateful for the help and compassion!

LITERALLY THE WORST. The pharmacy drive through line takes an hour to get through, and then they don't have their stuff together so you have to keep getting back in line!!! ALSO THEYRE NOT SORRY ABOUT IT. Super duper rude lady at the window. Can't even say please or thank you, super short and unpleasant, even with all this termoil. I SAT IN LINE 3x today. For simple stuff that I even called ahead for this morning to make sure it would be ready. Absolutely unprofessional and honestly unsafe. How can we trust their medication filling abilities if they can't do the simplist stuff. Absolutely appalled. This is the sort of thing we expect from cvs . Do better Walgreens. I hope this is just a one off bad day; because I'm concerned.

HorribleWebsite confirmed a COVID test to a site closed since july.Waited over an hour to get someone on the phone.For her to be absolutely useless to assist in getting another TEStSO MAKE SURE TO MAKE MORE THAN JUST ONE APPOINTMENT IN OTHER PLACES

Always helpful and friendly. Never had any problems with pharmacy or inside store. Pharmacy staff always try to help you and assist you.
