Worst A T&T store ever. They try to up sell you and provide zero help. Avoid at all costs. Make the drive to North Haven. Much better there.

I live in Guilford.All our phones are on ATT.Naturally when we have an issue, it is easier to go there, it's next to my office.So I tried.The first time the crew member sold me a reasonably inexpensive phone for my daughter - he was fully aware price was a factor, so when he proposed a protection screen I assumed $100.Several times I tried to get help there and it seems they compete in how fast they can just tell you (politely) to go somewhere else.Somehow they can never help you.So now I go to ATT Branford where the crew is knowledgeable, helpful, and will take the time to explain what you need to know.If I were ATT, I would be questioning the impact of the Guilford office on customer satisfaction in general. If people from Guilford have to go to Branford instead, I would seriously consider making the Guilford shop redundant, saving some $$ and improving my image in the process. Or just replace the crew.Still: two stars because they stay polite.Terse, not helpful, but polite.

Today Molly at AT&T in Guilford helped me to purchase and set up my new AT&T iPhone. She was fabulous, beyond helpful and everyone should be that good at customer service.

Was told by sales rep that prepaid was no more for att. Which was a flat out lie!! Been lied to multiple times by this location!! They told me I would have to get a new number and new account if I wanted a new phone.. do yourself a favor and to a different location! Or a corporate location which they sent me to to have my issue resolved

Any time I have to do anything related to my cell phone, I come here first before going online or over the phone. The staff are exceptional and this last visit was no different. Colin was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me great advice and information to ensure I got exactly what I needed as fast as possible. 10/10 will always come back!

We were looking into switching from Verison and we were so pleased with the staff there. Ron and Tom were amazing! They found us exactly what we were looking for at significant savings with new phones. We are absolutely coming back when we have the information we need to transfer our lines over. I plan to recommend them to all of our friends too!

Ronald and Dylan were incredibly knowledgeable and not only did they upgraded my device, they upgraded my service and saved me a ton! If it weren’t for this experience, I probably would have changed carriers. These guys deserve a raise!!!

This is an amazing store. Most fell phone stores give me stress and anxiety. This one is the opposite. Seems like every time I come in I save money. They actually check to find better pricing for me. They understand good customer service! What a concept!!!
