I’ve been taking my dog Toby here for since he was a puppy and the entire staff is a group of amazing people! Incredibly kind and knowledgeable and always take the time to explain everything. Grateful for this staff!

Highly recommend Guilford AMC! We recently moved to Hawaii and due to Hawaii's strict rabies guidelines, it was an intense process getting our 2 fur babies over. Our cat Max was fairly easy to get over but our puppy Nathan had some struggles with his titer tests. He was not passing the required blood test to be allowed into Hawaii. Dr. Janicki and his amazing staff helped us every step of the way. We believe they went above and beyond their duties to help us. They were in contact with the lab trying to help us do everything we could to get Nathan to pass his test. We were in constant contact with everyone at Guilford AMC about the best steps we could take and what our options were. We felt that everyone worked extra hard to help us and without GAMC, this struggle would have been so much harder to deal with. We finally got Nathan to pass and he and his brother max have settled nicely. EVERYONE at GAMC is so friendly and passionate about the care your pets receive! We never felt rushed or pressured into anything. Everything from options of treatments to pricing was clearly explained and never felt pressured into doing anything we weren't comfortable doing. Everyone takes the time to explain everything clearly, they respond quickly to questions and treat all fur babies as if they were their own. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GAMC and I give 5 stars to everyone here! We are sad to be so far away from GAMC but are glad we were able to experience the wonderful care they showed our fur babies!! Thank you to everyone at GAMC!!!!

This place is great they got me right in to care both of my dogs now they're even helping me with if we can take problems that's happening the day that I called is the day that they helped me with the problem period and made an appointment for a cherry Eye for my other dog and the next upcoming appointment which I think is just wonderful as they are period

Dr Janicki (Mrs) is the only reason we are still at this place. The only tech we trust is Cole, everyone else are airheads. the front desk are airheads - we tell them we are coming to pick up medicine so they can have it ready since we drove 45 minutes, we get there and still have to wait for them to even look at the script to fill it. we call to get our very old and sick cat in the same day because she has a history of seizures and fell off the back of our couch onto the windowsill lifeless and the receptionist Brittany refused to get her in or even try getting her in even after saying it's an emergency and can't wait until Monday. It's not like we're some random people off the street. We have been going there for months with all of our animals. The only thing she tells us is we should bring her to the emergency vet if it can't wait. If your patient calls explaining what may be an emergency during open hours you should at least try to be accommodating. VCA may have horrible prices but when we were going there and called with an emergency they told us to bring our animal right in - that's how a vet should be. If I could I would give Dr Janicki herself 5 stars and this horrible excuse for a vet a 0.
